We currently have a Workflow set up to automatically create a renewal when a deal becomes Closed Won. While it copies the 'Amount'  and other info from the original deal, it does not copy the line items. I would like to see the ability to be able to schedule on when the Netsuite to HubSpot syncs are able to run. Should be able to schedule syncs by object type or sync as a whole based on a date/time range. Frequency of sync etc.    ...read more

While working with the HubSpot platform, I noticed that there's currently no way to identify on the form overview page or under "Automation" on the form detail page which forms are actually linked to a workflow. I believe this feature would be highly beneficial for the following reasons: Increased clarity: At a glance, we could identify which forms are already integrated into a workflow and which are not. Avoiding errors: Without this information, inadvertent changes could be made to forms that are already part of a workflow, potentially leading to unwanted complications. It would be fantastic if a hint or symbol could be added to the form overview page and under "Automation" on the form detail page to indicate whether a form has an associated workflow. ...read more

We need the ability to modify the properties that we are entering with regards to campaigns.    As a smaller startup with not huge marketing team, the current property set diplayed is overwhelming. Hello,   My suggestion is an improvement to sequences, specifically when a HubSpot user has their email disconnected.   When a HubSpot users inbox gets disconnected, enrollments of a sequence get assigned to ERROR. To re-enroll these contacts, HubSpot users have to hover over each individual name under the Error tab, click on actions, Re-enroll that contact, and repeat for each contact.   It would be amazing if, instead, the hubspot user selected all contacts, by clicking the checkmark and then selecting all contacts, clicking on ACTIONS in the top right hand corner, and clicking Re-Enroll.   This would be a HUGE time saver, and seems to be a current issue for both your customer support team and your users who voice these concerns in your user forums.   Please reach out to me if this is improved. ...read more
