With the release and enhanced functionality around business units, we see a need to assign business units on web domains/sub domains rather than brand domains.. The Domain interface indicates secundary domains can be set to a business unit, however on submission the BRAND Domain takes control.   Can the business unit /web assignment be diversified to levels lower than brand domain please? ...read more

I see with the current Customer Portal system in HubSpot it currently deals with showing tickets. It would be great if we could have a more full experience with the customer portal such Contact Information- allow customers to manage their contact information Billing information- allow customers to add a new credit card, update billing info etc for their account with you Invoice History- customers can download old invoices, see product purchases etc Tickets- which you currently have and is great Existing subscriptions- see their current subscriptions. Think of it kind of like an e-commerce customer portal you would get with WooCommerce or Shopify. It would be amazing if we could give customers the ability to see their account with us if that makes sense.   I mean if you think about HubSpot does the same for us, we can manage our subscription, see billing info etc. We should be able to offer our customers the same with a full service customer dashboard. ...read more

The native HubSpot/Netsuite integration has come a long way and is very useful for basic needs, but there is still one glaring flaw: lifecycle syncing. It is not currently possible to keep HubSpot and Netsuite Lifecycle stages in sync. There is no way to know in HubSpot if a Netsuite synced company (let's say originally created in Netsuite for this example) is a Lead, Prospect, or Customer in Netsuite. As I understand from support, this is becuase the Netsuite Lifecycle stage/status property (properties) are dropdown fields. The integration can surface the internal ID of a value, but not the value itself. Because of this, the integration does not allow the integraiton to use the Netsutie status/stage poperties at all. Ideally, this would be resolved by some upgrades to the integration that could pull the dropdown values. In the meantime, allowing those internal IDs to be pushed between systems would solve the problem. The ID could trigger a workflow in to keep the life cycle in sync. ...read more

I frequently find myself starting an email thread in a browser tab in HS.  And later, end up responding to my client's response from my email client.   Because I responded to my client from a 3rd party mail client and used BCC, there is no tracking.   Given that the original email was tracked,  why can't the subsequent emails also be tracked?   Or why can't we have something to include into the body of a new email or bury in a signature that would cause tracking on a BCC email? ...read more

It would be great it we could send an invoice directly to clients through hubspot without having to use third party app such as quickbooks (although you can keep the option to require quickbooks if users want to enable it).   If we're already captured a clients payment information through a previous deal, recurring subscription etc it would make sense that we would be able to also send them an invoice directly. Right now I have to connect to Quickbooks Online to be able to send an invoice, and then I have to login to QBO to approve it which creates an extra step.    It would be great if we could just send an invoice directly in Hubspot. We could create an invoice -> add line items based on products -> add a due date and things like that.   Maybe there could also be user permissions around this. Like who has the ability to send invoices, or invoices have to be approved by someone before being sent out etc.   It you had this feature it would reduce the need for a 3rd party app which would be great and allow for the ability to do full service billing for my clients directly within HubSpot. It's definitely a huge draw back to require the use of a third party app to do something as simple as send and invoice (especially when we can already collect billing information). ...read more

Would love for Hubspot to have an option that allows you to remove social posts that have been deleted from the Hubspot platform. We've had a few situations where we've had to edit/revise artwork and that's required us to delete a post and repost, or a post that we may have taken down for a variet of reasons. Unfortunately, we aren't able to remove it from the Hubspot platform and it's still showing up and affecting our metrics. ...read more

Currently there is not a way to associate UTMs to Hubpspot campaigns that are not Hubspot custom links. There should be a way to pull in the parameters from web analytics and link to a campaign.  ...read more

Hi!    I know Payments is still new-ish, but it would be great if we could customize statement descriptors in HubSpot Payments at the Product level, like Stripe can.    I wouldn't want to change the business name, just what comes after; e.g. Business Name*APPLICATIONFEE or Business Name*AFDONATION or even Business Name*[dynamic token like an Order ID].    The goal of this functionality is two-fold: We know that clear statement descriptors reduce chargebacks; as we expand our use of the Payments tool and improve the user experience overall, we want to be as clear as possible with our users what a specific charge was for. We're a small nonprofit — this would be a value-add for our finance director, who would have greater visibility at the bank account level what one charge or another is for. As a nonprofit, we want to ensure that, say, donations to Fund 1 are correctly allocated, and having that extra level of reporting would be helpful, especially when revenue is coming from different sources and not everybody is a wizard at online dashboard reporting (and not every software is as good at that as HubSpot!).  (We don't currently intake donations via Payments, but we may want to!)  ...read more
