It would be great if when a link is sent to a customer to update their payment records (for example when a payment fails), it would be possible to find a record of it somewhere. If someone from the sales or finance team sends out the link with the email, there is no way of knowing that it has been done or when it has been done, and also no confirmation that it worked. At the moment we have no way of proving to the buyer that we have done what is our responsibility, and there is a risk that the buyer gets bombarded with update payment method emails.
