Having the ability to implement Workflow funcitonality with Conversations is a GREAT concept. However, there's currently no way to pull in any information/details from the event that triggers the creation of the Conversation. Without that information, we are limited in accomplishing what we want to see happen.   Example: When a conversation is initiated by an Email, as is the case with our helpdesk Inbox, it would be very helpful to expose the Sender email address, the Subject of the email and potentially, the ability to find keywords within the text of the email to use for triggering specific responses.   In addition, having access to Conversations via API is critical as well. The only way to edit marketing e-mail templates is to create a new e-mail and in that way reach the template overview for editing. This is very impractical. It creats a new e-mail every time I have to edit, and then I have to go back and erase the empty e-mail afterwards. Why isn't there a template overview somewhere, so that you can reach the templates in an easy way and edit them? After removing a user from HubSpot, the items the user has created or edited will be tagged with "deactivated user" or "unknown user" , instead of the person's name. Hence, after more than one user has been offboarded, it's a pain to know who has been involved with the item at hand. There is already an funtionality for viewing and exporting of historical values like timestamps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/view-property-history   For example for the property "opted out of all emails".   It would be very interesting to view and export also the source, which is responsible for the change. Integrate meetings and forms so that you can capture the appropriate sales details and have customers book a meeting without needing to enter their details multiple times (i.e. linking the meetings page or a Calendly integration which then re-requests their name and email) or sends them another link post-lead gen submission when they're less likely to take a second action.   Meetings currently don't enable company properties to be captured (only contact properties) so it can't be used as a standalone lead gen. The form is able to capture company properties and contact properties and populate a company deal in HubSpot making it a far more effective process, however it can't schedule a call. I'd also love for meetings to be able to sync with multiple calendars similar to Calendly for more effective meeting bookings. ...read more

a) General: We are having a lot of communication and tasks with our partners and enterprise customers that is logged in Hubspot so that a longer history (can be months or years) is created. With the current - not really space saving - way of displaying the content, only a few interactions can be seen without scrolling. E.g. look up an email from 2019 takes ages and a lot of scrolling.   Please change / offer as an option: - 1 line per interaction (email, task, call etc.) only with information about date, time, subject and involved contact   Benefit:  With that an email can be looked up much faster whithout a long scrolling journey, reloads etc. which slows down everything.   b) Upcoming Tasks Having tons of future tasks with a partner or an enterprise customers, occupies the entire screen easily if one is working in the activities view.   Solution: It will be great to e.g. set "show only upcoming tasks of the next week, month, 3 months"   Benefit: Better navigation, less clutter, less scrolling ...read more

In order to track progress made using reports it is sometimes important in assess how you are performing vs the same month of the previous year.  Today it is not possible to create a report by having side by side time period comparison.  Hope others are feeling this need 😉  ...read more

If I export the knowledge base from Hubspot then reimport it I would expect the import to work. Unfortunately it does not (due to the error "some categories couldn't be imported" on every article.   My reason for exporting and reimporting was to try and fix issues across all articles (using find and replace).
