Why- Ensure only those working are shown as available in a Chat flow.  (Not everyone is logging out) Especially important as we have people working across different times zones and the Chats are being assigned to a colleague who isn't working for another 12 hours. This is for GTM operations or whoever is managing list imports in HubSpot. There is more nuance to updating existing fields than overwrite vs don't overwrite.   For mass imports, I would like the ability to apply logic to "Don't overwrite". This would allow properties to reflect business processes.   For example, if I am importing an external list of contacts from an event, some of them may already exist in HS. Let's say I am including the Contact Lead Status field. I would like to be able to overwrite the current lead status only if the import has a more advanced status.   I once used a product called RingLead that let you do this by arranging the picklist items in rank order.     I would like to be able to create overwrite rules like this for all sorts of fields. Hello, it would be great to change property values directly in table reports or lists by double clicking on the individual value, similar to an excel table.   That would immensely simplify changing property values where you have to change multiple ones across multiple deals/contacts/companies. For example: I need to add the shipping country to all past shipments of this year now. For every deal, the shipping country is different. If I had a table where I can just enter the country row by row (e.g. a table report), that would be much faster. Every day I get a report that tells me the number of pages that a company viewed and how many visitors, aggregated by company... but after speaking with Hubspot support I am told that the info that is clearly gathered and presented by company in this report and by hubspot, can only be accessed on a contact level?!   So I can't for instance see that known or unknown people related to company X viewed these 4 pages recently and have my team target calls and content with that? Instead I need to go through the 50+ contacts on the account to do this?   The data in this format clearly exists and can be aggregated by company to give me this report every day but I can't access the underlying data in the same way it's presented to me? Background As a company we run regular webinars, eSeminars and virtual conferences and we run our promotions, registration, execution and follow-up via HubSpot emails, landing pages, forms and workflows.   Issue Our users are increasingly asking for 'Certificates of Attendence' for these events as part of their continuous professional development programs. Obviously, we can do this manually but with many thousands of attendees each year this is a big job.   Solution? Would it be possible to create a system that links registration forms (with a specific field to request a 'Certiifcate of Attendance') to a template PDF certificate that could be autopopulated with; for example, First Name/Last Name/Company/Date etc and emailed to each requesting user 24 hours after attending an event (set up using a workflow). This would certainly increase attendance levels, and more importantly save us a lot of time.
