Similar to Zapier, HubSpot should add an option to the Workflows feature that allows admins to "rerun" or "replay" an action in the action log that fails after a change to the logic has been made to address the underlying issue. Currently, the only option is to manually re-enroll each user that previously failed. When you have line items associated to a deal there should be a way to assign PO #s to the line items. Even with 1 deal people might bill different line items on different POs. Currently there is the "Billing Start" but also adding a PO # would be great. ...read more

I have the highest regard for HubSpot, and am a passionate evangelist.  So, I submit this thought provoking question respectfully: 1) Why does HubSpot use SurveyMonkey for academy courses and not the survey function within HubSpot?  Every time someone completes a survey, it advertises for SurveyMonkey usage. It would seem logical that HubSpot should use their own survey tool for the Academy courses.  If Survey Monkey has functions and features that HubSpot does not, then perhaps the HS functionality of the tool needs some work? 1. Who:  Everyone who takes a HubSpot Academy course is sent to Survey Monkey...not HubSpots Survey tool. 2. Goal:  HubSpot might want to use its own tools? 3. Value: It makes sense to promote HubSpots own tools.  It pushes the students to use it, so they might want to use it for their work surveys. 4. n/a 5. Hello!    I have not seen anything about a HubSpot recurring Calendar invite from within the software. I have had to use outlook calendar to schedule recurring meetings.    I think this feature would be helpful for anyone in Client Success or leadership. They often need to meet with their clients or teams on a recurring basis.   Outlook's calendar feature is a great example of how this could function. You'd send an invite with the option for it to recur weekly, monthly, or daily.    This will allow those in Client Success or leadership to simplify their processes by using the same application for multiple purposes.  ...read more
