There is an out-of-the-box soltuion for contacts to opt in/ out of subscriptions by clicking a link in an email. In the same way, just sending an email, we like a selfservice for our contacts to maintain properties/ information stored in Hubspot (ie. name, email, phone etc.). When we edit a form we can send submission notification to a Team (several user are noticed) but when we edit this submission notification directly to a Landing Page we can only send a notification to an email not a Team. So if we use the same form for several region, we can't split notification to send them to the right marketing manager for example ...read more

Hubspot tells me that there is no way to log emails automatically sent from iOS or Android devices.  The only solution is to manually enter the BCC email address each time you send an email or use the Hubspot app (which isn't quite up to snuff to Gmail and other mobile email apps).  I have a simple solution that will work perfectly, at least for Google Workspaces.   SOLUTION: Allow us to customize the logging behavior for the Hubspot BCC emails.     It's already possible to create additional BCC emails but the default behavior of Hubspot is to create a new contact for someone you email that isn't already in your CRM.  For some, this may be ok but for me, I don't want random people I email on a daily basis in my CRM.  So by allowing us to customize the logging behavior just as you did for the Chrome Gmail plugin to only log and track for existing contacts only, this solves the problem.   Once you have a BCC email that logs/tracks only existing contacts, then you can update your Google Workspaces account to automatically BCC this new email address to all outgoing emails.  Takes just a few minutes to configure and it can be done domain-wide for all users.     This way, every email sent from your email domain will automatically have the Hubspot BCC email added and it will only track existing contacts, preventing your database from swelling with irrelivant contacts. ...read more

We are creating a Shipment Object that will contain FedEx Shipment information like tracking numbers. We will then need to collect and store shipment updates as they progress and we get them from Fedex. For instance... "10:05AM - Shipment Out for Delivery", "11:00 AM - Shipment Delivered"   It would be great to show that timeline. I thought about capturing each update in an Object Note, but Timeline and Events seem like the better fit and solution. ...read more

It would be great to see social media activity in the customer profile activity feed. At the moment, if an email conversation begins with a team email, but someone goes to respond with their personal email address (even if that email address is connected to HubSpot), the replies will not be tracked under the contacts information.    An example:  A lot of our leads come into a shared inbox and then one sales person will pick it up and respond. When they do this, their response isn't logged on HubSpot so it looks like no one has gone back to the lead.    If we could have a fix for this it would make the whole conversation process more seamless.  ...read more
