Hi, I recently updated our spotlight email template and the click map isn't showing everything that I need. When I view the click map it shows me how many times that link has been clicked which is great, but I need to know which source has been clicked vs the other. This is annoying for ab testing with image size, button layout ect. If I could just know if the image, title, or button is being clicked I could format my email in new ways

I would love to be able to add a report to more than one dashboard at a time. We have 30+ dashboards, and it is a bit of a task for one person to add multiple reports to a dashboard one by one.

The sales rep spend a lot of time sortin through email replies for our campaigns and a lot of the replies are from contacts who want to unsusbcribed (even though they have an unsub link in the email). Is there anyway where we could ask HubSpot in order to understand the contact's reply and set it to actions based on the context of the contact's reply? I tried using an API to integrate Chat GPT3 with HubSpot but however, I find it almost impossible to set this up 😕

Olá, Gostaria de sugerir uma ideia de termos um opt-in nos formulários HubSpot, para que o usuário possa assinar o recebimento de mensagens via WhatsApp. Poderia ser uma propriedade do tipo "checkbox." Dessa forma teríamos um caminha mais fácil para enviarmos mensagens ativas, através de um fluxo. Obrigado!

I work with multiple HubSpot accounts via multiple companies / organizations. One of the most in-demand tools for Marketing experts right now is online events / video / participation software. Unfortunately, Zoom, Teams, Go To Meeting, etc. are not optimal and the data flow to HubSpot can be easily interrupted. If there were an online meeting or events tool or add-on feature in HubSpot for Marketing professionals, that would be wonderful. Integrations have been frustrating. Being able to set up an event, from the emails, Landing Pages, and forms, to the video conference itself, and then having all* of the data directly in HubSpot would be a game changer. Adding event software to HubSpot would be a huge selling point for Marketing teams.

I saw this comment in a community thread and figured I'd propose it: While video conferencing solutions out there today are often workable, there are issues sometimes with inegrations. It would be great if HubSpot had its own standard video conferencing tool so it worked with the CRM and all our tools.

Dear product team, I work in sales. We have some line items that are products (e.g. Zortify iHPT Teaming | Report (DE)) and some that are services (e.g. Zortify Consulting (DE)). We offer those line items also as a package to our customers (e.g. Zortify iHPT Teaming | Prozess (DE)" which consists of 1) "Zortify iHPT Teaming | Report (DE)" and 2) "Zortify Consulting (DE)). For packages sales has to remember every time which line items (service & product) were included in this package. This is why I am searching for a solution to add different service & product line items as subitems to one package. Subitems because we can display them separately in our sales dashboard after closing the deal. Your support told me that this is so far no HubSpot functionality. When working with legacy data in HubSpot, one of the most helpful tools is the import function. This is helpful in being able to change Property field values in bulk for objects like companies and contacts. One thing missing, though, is better functionality for being able to edit Properties and their field values en masse. For example, being able to merge properties more quickly into one another and re-naming them. Also, being able to change the set input values for custom Properties that were not set up correctly. Existing values could then be stored as 'Other: [ ]' values or the ability to change the data to something aligned with the updated structure. This would be very helpful in cleaning up the data and establishing better data standards. This function would be extremely helpful.

Dear Hubspot Team, regarding https://legacydocs.hubspot.com/docs/methods/timeline/batch-create-or-update-events Create or update endpoint is super useful in our internal flows, and right now, it's the only bottleneck for us from moving to v3 of timeline events endpoints. I would really appreciate if you could support our transition to the newest version of API by upgrading this one to v3. Also, sometimes we really need to delete some events, so DELETE method is also something we find very handy. Regarding objects API. v1/v2 for contacts/deals/companies by default returned all properties with its data. I do understand the change to indicate all properties we want to fetch in the newest version, but in our case it would make our development process longer, since this something that we need to request from our service provider. That said, I see real benefit from making some parameter 'all' that would tell Hubspot to return all properties as in the oldest API version. Example: curl --request GET \ --url 'https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/deals?limit=10&properties=all&archived=false And the last one. Oldest version had some metadata even without historicalData parameter, like: timestamp of when value has been changed, source of the change. Right now in the newest version I didn't find the way to collect this data. Only historicalData returns it's, but with all the changes (which is good), but in case we want this only for the last value - it's now impossible. Do you think this is something that can be improved and added, or maybe I missed something and some of the inquiries are already covered with newest version? thanks in advance!
