It would be great if the personalization token type "Placeholder" could be required to be filled out before an email template can be sent.   The description of Placeholders shows   "Placeholder tokens must be filled out before sending a template or sequence. It would be great if included in the option to schedule report delivery, you could in addition attach an export of the report. Submitting on behalf of the customer ---    In regard to object access in the CRM, - instead of using team or owned only permissions, allow the admin to select particular properties to include in the view.  This would remove conversations, activity dates, and contact information to avoid poaching someone else's contacts.    This would be particularly helpful to allow visibility on the actions taken by another user without sacrificing the contact communication details that would allow someone to attempt to take the contact away. ...read more

There should be a "Restore Previous Version" safety net for when people are given Super Admin access to modify objects properties (for Contacts, Deals, Companies) and/or automations (Workflows, Sequences, etc.). I'm trying to add a link to the marketing email subscription preferences page in the footer of our website. I've been told by support this isn't currently possible, and I found this other community post mentioning a need for it, too. This would be for the marketing team, specifically using email and controling the website The goal is to allow email recipients to be able to manage their email preferences without having to search for an email in their inbox. This will allow users/clients/prospects that have opted-into email to be able to manage their subscriptions that much more easily. Adding that goodwill and user-friendly experience for the users. Benefiting the company's image/brand. Benefiting HubSpot's image/brand for being more user-friendly for their customer's, too. I can't find a good example of this. But an almost is Workday - they have a "Subscriptions" link in their footer that goes to this link that makes people put in their email, to get an email, to click on a link to go to their preference center. - It should be possible to have less steps: link in footer takes you to a landing page, that landing page makes you put in your email, then you can adjust your email preferences in the same window. ...read more

Every Monday I export form submissions from the previous week.  I do this by setting a date range on each form I review to see if there were in fact any submissions.     But despite setting a date range, when I export the form submissions, the export includes every submission made since the creation of the form.  For us, a lot of them date back to 2017, and the export contains thousands of submissions, when I only need to review the ones from the previous week.     I'd like to know if there is a way to only export the form submissions within a date range that I set.     For example, when I export the RFQ Submission Form for Region 1 of our website for the week of January 22nd thru January 28th, the export should only contain the submissions from that date range.   I'd also like to mention that the Forms page has been updated, and the date range feature has been removed from the list of forms.  I now have to click on each individual form and then set the date range to see if there have been any submissions.  This adds a lot of extra work for me, because I have to review several forms.  I would love to have the date range feature added back to the main list of forms.   ...read more
