How 'owner's are displayed should be cleaned up. Right now, for instance, if i look at our companies, it has the owner as both the User's full name and email. This is extra unnecessary infromation that muddys up the data.    So instead of the current: Owner = FirstName LastName (firstname.lastname@emailExample.com) we should be able to chose a view that is just Owner = FirstName LastName    It makes reports much more digestible   Thanks ...read more

We have recently created a workflow allowing new contacts to submit RFP directly to our company via a form submission through our website. The customer would fill out a form and be presented a meeting link to a salesperson so they could book a discovery meeting right away. We set this meeting link to prioritize contact owners, should the customer (or their account) already have a relationship with one of our sales people.   Our intention was to set up Round Robin assignment of the RFP's to our Sales Representatives (we only have 2), and attempted to use the current protocal within Hubspot to automate the assignments; however, we started seeing RFPs beign assigned to the same salesperson without alternating between the 2. Upon looking into it, we learned that the assignment is truly based on calendar availability, rather than a true round robin assignment.    My idea is that a in order to have a true round robin assignment, the meeting link can be configured to show ONLY the calendar of the salesperson who is due for the next assignment. This would eliminate any path for the same salesperson being assigned several RFPs in a row due strictly to their calendar availability. ...read more

It would be good if you could make associated contact a required field when entering a ticket, say someone forgot to fill it in and it get assigned to a different user, that user then has to go back and ask them. If it came up as required it would avoid this. ...read more

Hey HubSpot. You all do great work. How about adding additional logic for the Display Conditions in a module? Would be really helpful, if logic already exists to hide/show. I pretty much need to completely rebuild my module if there's multiple conditions...kind of a pain. ...read more

It's nice that we can send a reminder email to a customer/contact about an upcoming meeting, but not everyone checks their email regularly enough that this reminder is seen 100% of the time. We'd like to have access to the meeting/engagement properties in order to utilize other means of notification such as texting to send reminders.   Calendly, natively, can do this. Have you ever made a mistake on several integrated workflows and needed to clean up contacts who might be affected by that mistake? This feature would look to enable you through contact lists to find anyone who is currently active in any workflow. From there you would be able to use your other conditions to idenify which workflows those individuals are enrolled in and allow you to validate what properties have been impacted by the mistake.   Example: No one want's people who have unsubscribed from their emails running loose through their workflows, but if it happends you want to unenroll those people from those workflows and promptly set goals/restrictions in those workflows to prevent future enrollment of your contacts that don't belong in newsletter campaigns or other backend processes that indicate engagement in your processes where no engagement actually happened skewing your reporting and results. ...read more

As super admin, I would love to be able to change ownership of the sales templates I have to build for each of our schools. As this number grows, it is getting harder and harder for our sales people to find their templates because I am the owner not them. They don't realize even after training they have to look for me as the owner and not themselves.  I think this is a HUGE flaw in the system.  ...read more
