Is there an update on any automation that can update activity-based properties specifically in a workflow?

The Vidyard video integration with HubSpot is super useful for personalizing sales emails for individual customers, wondering if this would ever be implemented in the HubSpot mobile app? It would be nice to have the ability to record videos on the go and attach them to our sales emails via the HubSpot mobile app.

So far we have a way to modify which properties appear along the left sidebar in an object record as described here https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/customize-record-sidebars We would also like to be able to modify the design/appearance, such as the background color, text color, etc. This would help to more easily differentiate between the multiple groups and properties. Thank you!

Hey folks! I'd like to highlight a new public beta. Traffic analytics now supports two new metrics: country and device type, allowing you to learn more about what attracts viewers to your site. Measuring website performance based on country and device type can give you great clues on how to optimize your content to get more engagement. Head to Traffic Analytics. You'll see two new tabs: Device type and Countries. You can click edit columns to include different metrics in the table.

We have a client who uses Gravity Forms within their WordPress. In order to not completely rework the CSS for the website, we decided to utilize the plugin. The external forms from the sync can't be delegated to a business unit. Can this be updated?

It's annoying when i have a marketing camapaign that includes a number of workflows and sequences and i cannot add them individual reports to an overarching dashboard. If i had all this information in one report it would make working with sequences and workflows more appealing and efficient.

I'm loving the new Business Unit feature. I assumed I would be able to associate existing forms to a business unit as part of properly setting up and organizing a portal that just got access to Business Units. I'm sure you have this on your roadmap, but here's a vote to build it sooner rather than later. This is a key feature for companies that are looking to get their portal in order with Business Units!

Removing clicks on the "View in browser" link from the performance clicks report would show more relevant and accurate statistics. If an important part of your audience use security systems to open your emails and click on that link, it has a huge impact on your performance report. Removing those links from the reports or offering a way to choose which link you want to track as a success metric would help reflect the reality in a more accurate way.

Hello 🙂 Is there a possibility to integrate giphy or something similar to conversations? We use giphs a lot while chatting with our customers and it is really not convenient to look for a file outside Hubspot and then upload it, would be great to do it directly from chat window. Even better, if this will work also for tickets/emails 🙂

So the Forecast Probability property shows as a percentage on the Forecast page. In order to get the percentages right, you must use decimal numbers when setting up the property value —e.g. 0.2 to see 20%. A bit confusing at first, but overall works fine. However, when creating a table for a report in a dashboard, the numbers will NOT show as percentages —e.g. 0.2 instead of 20%— which makes it confusing for the person reviewing those reports. If I change the value to show as 20 in the report, the Forecast page will show as 2000% !! There's no way to fix the way this property displays, so right now I'm facing the difficult decision to prioritize Stakeholders reviewing reports, or the Sales team reviewing their Forecasts. Either way, I'm gonna make things difficult for one group or the other! Please make the display even throughout the app, or allow us to edit how they display. The way it works right now is counter-intuitive.
