Hello HubSpot product team.  We understand that you can not do everything. But at the same time do we really need to add in the forum something that should be self-explanatory and obvious and wait for a year until is developed.  Let me give you some examples. Be able to contact a company without putting a contact. This post is there for a year and still is not done.   Multi-language support for email subscription pages.  This is not just a request from us as users and clients. This is actually becoming a law.  Or my favorite.. been able to see only my templates or only my forms or only my pages or only my email templates.....etc.. tec.. How obvious is that a user should be able to see his own staff before he is spammed and burry in things that other users are creating.  My point is that if you do not complete things that are obvious and self-explanatory adding new sexy features will not help us much.   Have a great weekend.  Emmanouil  PS. So after managing ads for a few clients I recently came across the fact that the HubSpot Facebook Ads integration does not work if you customize the ad assets for different placements. Which as a very standard practive as a Facebook advertiser. So now my clients ads are not tracking in HubSpot, meaning lead source is incorrect and no ROI is measured. Would love to see this tracking ability for these ad types fast tracked as it is a major hindrance in running ads integrated with HubSpot.  ...read more

Briefly searched...I'm suprised this hasn't been suggested as far as I can tell.   As an admin, I find it frustrating that we have two choices for employees leaving the company: Remove them from the account, which effectively treats them as if they didn't exist on historical records (but not activities, as far as I can tell) Remove all object, record, and hub access—except owned contacts or unassigned contacts This leaves us admins sometimes torn between the two options: sanitize them from the database & reporting or allow them access (albeit very limited access).   I know the latter response will elicit "why don't you just reassign the contacts and/or make sure you assign all your contacts" responses. We're a small business with a small  sales bench, and it sometimes it takes time to reassign those contacts/companies strategically. Should we drop the assignment relationship or expose them to the database of unassigned contacts because Hubspot doesn't have a user-friendly option for this?   All I'm looking for is something similar to what Slack offers: a deactivate account option. This would effectively disable the user from logging in, but still maintain the relationships in the database.   ...read more

Hi there!    I think it would be very helpful, to add a Meeting Location as an own field in the Meeting Log function. Similar to the function you have in GMail, when you create a Meeting where you can choose an address straight away. It would also be great if it would be possible to filter after this field and make Dashboards etc. with it in the same way you can do it with for example the 'Meeting Type' and 'Meeting Outcome'   Would appreciate the function a lot!    Thanks 🙂  ...read more

Live Chat is great for talking with visitors to our website.   But, we can't differentiate between a visitor and a signed in user.   Intercom make this possible by setting the user's email and id in javascript variables that are passed to the chat -- they also have a very nice method for verifying signed in users: https://developers.intercom.com/installing-intercom/docs/enable-identity-verification-on-your-web-product   There are various discussions about this topic: https://integrate.hubspot.com/t/how-to-identify-a-contact-in-the-chat/12057/9 https://integrate.hubspot.com/t/automatically-associating-contacts-via-live-chat-for-logged-in-users/12171 The analytics systems and chat systems are not the same, so identifying users doesn't help.   I'd like to see a really robust method for verifying the identify of a signed in user when using live chat -- so that we can support our existing customers and prospects with the same chat system.   As it stands, we will have to create two implementations -- one for visitors and another for signed in users. ...read more

Looking at landing pages and landing page reports shows new contacts and new customers. While new contacts information is helpful to have, new customers really helps us understand which landing pages drive the ultimate outcome we desire - new customer, closed deals, conversions, etc.   Currently, "new contacts" is a property that can be reported on with landing page data or independently through the reports features. However, "new customers" is not a property that can be reported on independently.   I propose adding "new customers" as an independent property so it can be reported on separately and specifically in relation to the landing pages and forms that drive those new customers.     ...read more
