Dear community, I would like to suggest the creation of two properties at a CONTACT level. - form_submissions : a json object containing all the past form submissions for a contact with timestamp, form_id, conversion_id, answers (a nested json object). - chatbot_conversations : a json object containing all the past chatbot conversations for a contact with timestamp and content of the conversation.  The goal is to use them outside of hubspot in a data warehouse. The added value would be to be able to get this data directly from the contact API endpoint. Besides currently, there is no endpoint for the chatbot conversations data, so the added value in the chatbot case is also just to get the data. Thank you for upvoting !  ...read more

Hi - Now while this sounds rather esoteric, hear me out. 🙂 When a user designs marketing email templates, but then leaves the company, unless someone else goes in and changes that template (trivially), the departed colleague continues an existence within the system, even though they have been deactivated.   It looks like they continue to send marketing emails, resulting in calls from concerned colleagues wondering why this is so. My idea is that for such high visibility ownership, HubSpot replaces the departed colleague with "deactivated user", much like when someone is removed from HubSpot entirely. This would remove any suspicion someone still might have access to a system they aren't to have access to anymore, but without losing the information associated with that departed user elsewhere in the system.   And yes, I can go in and make a trivial change to revert ownership to me, but I hate the idea of making changes in a running system... ...read more

Our company has the following problem: When we post via LinkedIn, it shows on LinkedIn that another employee uploaded this. As you can see in the attached image, there is always an author named in the admin view on LinkedIn. And that's who is shown as the author, regardless of who had created the post via Hubspot. The accounts are linked correctly in Hubspot and in the HubSpot social media dashboard, the authors are displayed correctly. We didn't have this issue just over two weeks ago. I have already tried to resolve the issue with Hubspot Support. The result was: "LinkedIn uses the data of the last person who linked an account on Hubspot." Do others have the same problem or does anyone know what this could be?     ...read more

When installing the Teams app in HubSpot, the online instructions (full install) read "If you are the user who installed the integration, you can restrict which teams HubSpot users are able to view by selecting the Show checkbox." (Turn on visibility for newly created teams by default checkbox).   If the HubSpot user who installed the integration leaves the company, my understanding (from HubSpot Support, ticket #12777179) is that the only remedy is to uninstall and reinstall the integration. This would not only disrupt communications but simply perpetuate the issue with a different user.    My suggestion is to allow any Super Admin (with the appropriate Teams Global Admin rights) to make changes. Currently, when you create a Contact with the Gmail integration you have no ability to fill in form information. You can edit the form fields when creating a contact directly in Hubspot. You can also set 'Fill contact details from emails with HubSpot AI'. However, this does not work for users cc'd in emails. We also have a workflow created to populate Company Name if the Company already exists but this won't work for generic domains such as gmail, outlook, etc. I would like to have the create contact form; that is available in Hubspot, present in the Gmail Integration in an expansion pane under Log records when it selects 'Create as New Contact'.  ...read more
