There is an issue when it comes to managing Deals. You can't export the deals and have them by stages and have them associated with the assigned contacts email address. This becomes increasingly frustrating when you need to fix an email and you can't because the email is in the Contact area and not editable on the Deal side of the equation.   Right now you have to take a bunch of steps to accomplish this.  It seems like it would be fairly simple to create an export system that links the Contact with the Deals by email.  The Contact is already assigned to the deal, so there is already an association.  ... We have business development reps that cold/warm call contacts.  Their job is to try to book a meeting with the contact with the regional Sales Rep.  It would be great if, while on the phone with a contact you can book someone else's calendar without having to go to Outlook and send the calendar invite to the appropriate parties, such as the Sales Rep and the contact.    If a sales rep and pre-sales (demo) person need to be on the call, then you can see the conflicts of the calendar.  In other words, mimic what you can do with a meeting invite in Outlook, but have it in HubSpot.        ... It would be great if a deactivated user's email could show in the conversations/inbox history if a user is removed like it does with contact/ticket owner history in order to keep the record intact. I recently dicovered that when I filter for companies with "Associated Contacts = Unknown" this does NOT include companies with "Associated Contacts = 0" (which means that a company had a contact that was then deleted). For me, this meant that over 500 of the companies in my hubspot were excluded from all the workflows and lists I had created using that filter.    Either the two  should be merged, or there should be a way to set your "Associated Contacts = 0" to blank values (not currently possible). ... I've found a few community questions but never a request for a Web Activity API.   My use case is to measure all activities that are performed or tracked in HubSpot and create a machine learning model outside the portal that would provide recommendations. it would be great to add a feature to the Office 365 add-in, it should be able to send marketing and automated workflow emails directly from the Office 365 mailbox and embed a tracking bit in the email for tracking and bounce back purposes.   this should solve the issue with emails going to spam as it will be sent from the mailbox itself not from the HubSpot server "as" the mailbox which is mostly being marked as a spoofing email.   Thanks.       ...
