It would be great if I could be notified if certain emails bounce a specified amount in a timeframe.   I.e. We have an email verification email that if you can't click on, then you can't use our product. If we get a new client and 30 of their employees bounce because of their email security settings are blocking us - it would be great to know straight away so we can get them to fix it. ...read more

The idea would be to add a field in HubSpot forms which allow leads can lookup or validate their addresses with a dropdown option after submitting their postcode or the first line of their address.   This would really help the automation side of workflows meaning sales teams wouldn't have to chase leads when their address is misspelt or otherwise wrong.  ...read more

Hi,  I'd like to triangulate the forecast (by deal stage and by forecast category) and understand if our weighted amounts on the forecast feature are similar or close enough using 2 different weights -  weights on deal stages, and also when moving to the forecast categories section, being able to assign weights based on the forecast category.  Now the weights in both section are coming only from weights on deal stages.  So then I'd be able to compare both forecasts and check if the team is being to optimistic in their forecast submissions or not.  Is there anyway to set up this? Hi there,   Is there a way to implement the following in Forms section?   1. Ability to add multiple forms to a folder. Right now it is pretty manual (expecially if you have legacy forms) 2. Ability to see at a forms level as well as in the dashboard, where exactly the form is used. I can see it shows workflows and landing pages, but it is not really streamlined. 3. Ability to see who created the form. 4. Ability to see previous versions of the form and also ability to return to a previous one. 5. A counter with how many forms are published, how many draft and how many until the current plan allowed number is maxed. 6. Ability to expand the Folder area, to see the whole name of the Form folder. 7.  Just like with lists, ability to show either a column or under the form name, the folder it is part of. 8. Ability to see folder name the form is under - in the export of forms. 9. Ability to create views in the Form dashboard 10. Ability to export Compare forms - to see field comparison or localization comparison. Not sure what limit the compare should be on, but i would say 10 is ok. 11. Hey HubSpot-ers!   One of my pet hates about HubSpot is how it handles notifications of replies to tickets and conversations. If there are multiple people associated with a ticket or conversation, and you (or the customer) doesn't hit 'reply to all' it doesn't notify everyone else.   We previously used Zendesk and they had a feature for this, see link below, and I've tried to create custom properties and workflows to replicate this, but haven't been successful!   Understanding CCs and followers – Zendesk help   I'd be grateful of any ideas or suggestions! ...read more

Currently, there's no way to see what is actually moving throguh the pipeline and how. There are soe reports hinting at this but now visually show what is going where. Zendesk do this really well.
