Hi there, Multi-step form is the need of hour in lead generation I belive and I can tell it with my experience. When we moved from traditional forms to lead generation, it actually helped us to generate more quality leads. Hi,  Can we please get a button that automatically reduces the column width to be as small as possible?  I'm spending lots of time trying to squeeze in more columns in my views and repeating this over and over ...  Even better would be if there was not just one way to squeeze but different squeeze modes. Like: * Dynamic (depending on content width) * Fixed (Small as possible, but still enough to see what's in there) * Progressive (Larger on left side of table, gradually becomming smaller towards the right side of the screen). This feature request is in relation to the Workflow features. Specifically, the Send Slack Notification Message box field.      It would be very handy to be able to add text edit features to this such as bold underline and even colour.      This way when appearing in Slack it is more definable as to the type of ticket etc.    Here is how it looks now...      Visually it just isn't that great to see at a glance what is going on.  Here is how it could look.   Note the colour band representing the status of the ticket, Note the ticket number is not the ID number it is it's own ticket number. Note the link to the licket in the subject. Understand HS has a button so no biggie. Requirement.  If a deal property is set or updated, automate the addition of specific line items (i.e. a group of line items) to the deal.    Use case. A business has a service offering that is always comprised of the same "group" of line items.  There may be multiple service offerings, each with their own group of line items that need to be added.  Rather than needing to add the same line items to the deal each time to generate a quote (or invoice), a workflow can be set up to add the line items, once the service offering is selected on the deal record.    An example. For a mechanic completing a "WOF Service", there may be a group of line items that will always be added to the deal, e.g.  - Flush Valves  - Hoist  - Mechanic Time.  Some will have a one off base cost against the line item, others may be hours based.  If each of these items can be added to the deal record by automation, if a dropdown like "Service required" is set to "WOF Service", we don't need to remember each element to go into the quote, but, we can also edit each quote's hours for the different line items as required, without having to remember every single line item to be added.  ...read more

Hey HubSpot  It would be great to offer the functionality of having multiple-select (option) HubSpot User fields. Currently, the HubSpot User field operates solely as a dropdown in function which is for all accounts great, just not when showing collaboration in a single field.  This would simplify reporting rather than having to look at two isolated owner fields together.  Thank you! Hi team! Posting on behalf of a customer. Meeting forms that are longer than a page and require scrolling could be more user friendly. Users will fill out what they can view on the page, not noticing the scroll bar or that there are other fields to fill out further down. The lack of segmentation between the form and the 'Back' and 'Confirm' buttons at the bottom of the page also contributes to this confusion and users will think that they have reached the bottom of the page if they do not see the scroll bar.   Possible solutions include: Add an indicator such as \/ between the two buttons to indicate there is more content below.  Add a thin line above the two buttons to indicate they are separate from the form. Have an indicator that your cursor changes to when hovering over the 'Confirm' button to that tells the user to scroll down to see more content, or thet there are required fields that have not yet been filled out on the page. ...read more
