Sorry if this idea has already been suggested.   Seems like a logical feature for the Zoom transcriptions would be to assign (or associate) actual names of the speakers instead of just having S1, S2, S3, etc. So, for example, after the recording, we could associate S1 with Tom, S2 with Mary, S3 with John etc.   When there are a lot of speakers, it's difficult to remember the names of all the speakers when reviewing the recordings. ...read more

The business card scanner feature of the HubSpot app fails in a very annoying way because it systematically scans the fixed land line and associates that element to the mobile phone of the contact, while ignoring the mobile phone even when this is correctly and visibly flagged as “Mobile” (but “M” should also be easily recognised). The business card scanner feature must be improved to avoid the problem above. Better yet, the feature should be improved so that the different elements recognised on the card can then be associated to the common fields present in every business card: 1. Full contact name 2. Company name 3. Rank 4. Title 5. Department or area 6. Address a. Street b. Postal code c. City d. Country 7. Land line 8. Mobile 9. Email 10. My team has run into several issues with the number fields on our intake forms. When the number field is selected on the form and a user attempts to scroll the page while hovering over the number field, the input within the field changes with the scroll. We have had disqualified intake forms due to this error, with the intial input being something like 24, then upon final submission the number is -13. The way that meetings are set up right now, it just allows people to book meetings at the time that they choose. It would be nice if they were to instead "request" a meeting time, so that we can 'accept,' 'reject,' or reschedule to a different time. We have LinkedIn lead syncing turned on and are getting this error message:      The fields don't line up properly because it's single line text in LinkedIn and dropdown select in HubSpot. Nevertheless the fields are mapped by default and can't be edited. My colleague who set up the sync was even emailed a suggestion to fix the mapping that we're not able to fix.   Please make it possible to edit/disable field mappings that don't align properly. It would be useful to have the option to make certain email types hidden so that they don't confuse people who are resubscribing and see email types that are only intended to be used internally.   Not having this option is a bit awkward, because you need to name your internal email types something that won't confuse your resubscribers, plus it discourages you from effectively segmenting your internal emails because if you do, you overload resubscribers with email type options. ...read more

Hi all together,   we're using Hubspot for many parts of our marketing actually. So we use the blog function and social media as well. While creating a new article you can set a featured image, which will be shown as the header of the article and the picture for social media, if you paste the link in the social post. All fine, this works.   But! We want to use other images than we saved as featured image in the article. This has several reasons. Actually we only can either paste the link in the planned post, so a preview with the featured image is generated, or upload an own picture. But the last option does not work efficently, because when you click this picture in Facebook for example, it will be increased - but not opening the link of the article instantly.   So, is it possible to set two pictures? The featured image and, if necessary, the "social picture", which will be used, if you plan a post and set the link of the article in it.     There's another thing, too. When I use the generated preview of my link, the meta title and meta description will be shown in the article preview of the post in social media. Very unpracticable, because Facebook for example doesn't show as many signs as Google does. So there need's to be an option, to manage the og:title and og:description separatly. The same needs to be done for the og:picture, as I described above.     What do you think? Is this a function Hubspot needs? For me it should be there. Or is something like this already useable? Hello Hubspot, Our sales team would find it useful if they could reference and use our Snippets to reply to Live Chat website visitors directly from our Live Chat Slack channel threads. Currently, Hubspot users can reply from Slack to Live Chat conversations, but cannot use pre-scripted responses, or "Snippets" from Slack. Snippets can only be sent from the Chat Inbox UI on www.hubspot.com according to Hubspot's Support team. This ability would create another positive touchpoint between Sales and Marketing, and would reduce the common pain point that sales has of "Many website visitors are low quality or disqualified" by providing them a 1-click, brand-approved response to give to each of these disqualified web visitors. Without Snippets, the current set-up discourages the sales team I work with and creates friction between Marketing and Sales. Because websites are open to the public, unqualified web chats are hard to avoid, and the best solution is to instead provide Sales with a convenient tool to spend as little time on disqualified web traffic as possible. For the Sales teams that operate out of Slack and email rather than inside of Hubspot, extending the Snippet feature to be able to be sent from Slack would ease these sales teams' onboarding to Hubspot by providing a positive brand experience for them, and open up the sales team to learning more about other Hubspot Sales features. Hubspot can use this touchpoint to introduce these sales reps to Snippets, and then leverage Snippets into an upsell for Sales Hub Professional as soon as the customer account hits the limit of 5 Snippets.   There is a clear product hook and upsell path here for Hubspot, so the company should create this feature accordingly. ...read more
