HubSpot currently does not allow "is less than" or "is more than" filters for specific email activity date refinement.   Reason to request this change is to solve for a nurture stream workflow with a weekly enrollement that sends 1-3 dynamic marketing emails. I need to set a branch specific to if someone clicked the link in an email sent earlier in the workflow. I can add the "Marketing email activity" filter for "contact clicked a link in email" but I need to refine to is less than 7 days ago. Problem is that someone could re-enroll and they could always qualify for the branch if they have clicked the link during a previous enrollment and not the current enrollment.     ...read more

Approval in deals is a great new feature that allows managers to make sure quotes/contracts that are being sent out are correct. However, it is missing the option to add dependencies such as: discount, amount, etc. e.g. If a deal has a discount, only then I want the deal to go to the approval stage.  If there is no discount, no approval is necessary and the sales team should be able to execute the other steps themselves.  ...read more

I would love to be able to add in the new association labels using a workflow - rather than needing to do this manually. this would enable businesses who have contact A who makes a booking and Contacts B, C, D etc who attend a course or an event flagged as attendees. so a business knows which are valuable contacts.   It would also be helpful to be able to use a workflow to send different communications to clients based on their association tag. ...read more

Currently, conversations and ticket workflows can be created. However, there are multiple fields missing from conversations/tickets that are only available through Help Desk. It would be great if we had the ability to create a Help Desk workflow!  ...read more

For unclear reasons, the only properties that Workflows can copy are from Company --> Contact records. Would love to be able to copy Deal Properties --> Contact records, Contact Properties --> Company Properties, etc. Really stumped as to why this is so limited.  ...read more

Currently, Hubspot does not allow the re-enrollment of a contact in a workflow that uses the optin to a privacy subscription as a trigger.   When a user completes over time this sequence of preferences: optin -> optout -> reoptin for a specific privacy item, there is no way to managing actions in a workflow that monitors the status of the subscriptions.   The same happens when a user accesses the manage preference page to confirm their subscriptions (i.e. consent expiring after a certain amount of time). After saving the subscriptions, there is no possibility of triggering a workflow.   BENEFITS: It would be useful implementing this functionality to allow automation management in all cases in which a user chooses to re-subscribe or confirm their choices to a privacy option.   I share two screenshots where you can see: 1- Using subscription changes as a workflow trigger. 2- History of subscription's changes where you can see that HS already tracks the transition between optin and optout, but does not allow you to use this information.       ...read more

The custom object library is great for easily setting up relevent objects for your business, like a service object when you use services.   However there is very limited functionality to using the new objects in a workflow. For example I cannot create a service record when a deal is closed.   For theses custom objects to be functional they need more robust functionality and access through out the entire HubSpot platform ...read more

Currently, there's no way to move workflows, propertities, or other items FROM a sandbox enviornment to our Production account. There needs to be an easier way to do this instead of recreating. ...read more
