It would be great to have the ability to set guardrails on an email workflow (marketing) that you could set and get alerted if they hit a certain level. E.g. if the unsubscribe rate hits a cerain number. Then you get notified by email or Slack depending on your integration that there is an issue/warning with that email. That way you can action/remedy promtly without having to go in reguarly and keep checking the performance of your workflow. ...read more

Please add a feature to the Email Marketing tool where users can "find and replace" a word or phrase anywhere in their marketing emails.   Naturally, this can't work for single-sends but would be huge for automated emails. Especially for companies with hundreds of automated emails needing bulk changes to them.   It should allow users to search and replace content in the email body, subject line, or preview text.   Additionally, the ability to swap out the From Name and From Email across multiple emails would be beneficial.   ...read more

Have an option to select which value, internal or external, to copy when copying a dropdown property via workflow.   When a dropdown select property is copied to a [text] property, the internal value is copied. Some cases this is ideal. For others, it would be helpful if the external value copied instead. ...read more

We're looking to reference meeting tokens (as stated in the pre-meeting reminder automation with a scheduling page) to use as workflow triggers or delay to event actions to trigger sms reminders (along with the defaul emails from the scheduling pages).    There's several use cases around sending meeting reminders to contacts, for example, sending sms's to contacts in the context of a B2C model where sms is used as a form of communication with clients.   Right now there is no way to reference the date at which a meeting or call was schedule for. We can only reference the meeting start time from the activity data source, however this is based on when the meeting was started and is only set once the meeting occurs.   ...read more

Hi there,  I have the usecase that if my team closes a Deal they have to fill out some properties for our finance team to be able to write invoices etc. One of these Information is the 'Billing Start Date' that we created as a Deal property. At the moment whenever a Deal is closed we have to adapt this property once in the Deal Record and once in the Line Items. It would be great if I could automize the Line Item 'Property' Billing Start Date (which is a Hubspot Default) in the Deal based on the Deal Property so I don't have to fill it out twice.  I am sure there are many other usecases where it would make sense to be able to automize the Line Item Properties based on other Deal Properties and vice versa.    Thanks for considering and many greetings 🙂 ...read more

It would be super useful to be able to assign tasks to members of a team on a rotated basis just like the "Rotate Record Owner" function in workflows.   Not only would this mean that tasks could be distributed evenly, it would also mean that when a team member leaves a team or a new one joins you only need to change their team status and not every single workflow that they were tasked in.   Currently task assignment options are only a specific (named) user or a contact owner. As people inevitably change roles or leave the organisation this becomes a problem when you have lots of automated tasks in different workflows. I created, cloned actually a workflow, and I am trying to create a Delay. It seems identical to other times I've done it. The criteria are: Delay > Event Occurance > Output from earlier action... > when I go to "Choose Action" to choose the completion of the prior task, it gets stuck and says "Configuring" but never finishes.
