I have created deal with line item having zero quantity using workflow.  I am moving that deal to Closed Won stage, at the time of moving, I am taking some values from user and based on that one calculated value generated in calculation property. For: This is for RevOps, Sales & Marketing Goal: Map custom user properties between Salesforce to HubSpot. Value: Current solution is really complicated and manual.   Context:  I am building lead routing workflows and need a different type of ownership brought in from Salesforce (besides ADR and contact owner, which is the "Salesforce account owner".   While we copied the account owner property from account to contact level I am unable to set up the sync between HubSpot/Salesforce as "Any custom properties with the HubSpot user field type cannot be mapped to Salesforce fields." per this HubSpot article.   We tried mapping this to a single line text field instead and copying that value over to the actual user field with a workflow in HubSpot but then we ran into issues using the "copy property value" action as owner properties are not appearing as an option to copy to.   So, right now the only option as per HubSpot support is: "To get around this we can use an if/then branch have each branch identify one rep so Branch 1 would be "Account owner  is equal to rep's name" and so on with each rep. I know this is a bit confusing but unfortunately looks to be the best option we have at the moment."    This is highly manual and will require changes every time someone leaves the firm or changes roles. ...read more

We have a workflow updating some of the HubSpot records to Google Sheets. However, there isn't any trigger to delete spreadsheet rows when the HubSpot records are deleted, causing residuals in Google Sheets. Is it possible to make the records that are moved to trash to enroll in the workflow or are there any alternative ways to achieve this integration bug? ...read more

In short, I want to be able to use the invoice properties as triggers in a workflow to copy them to another property.   HubSpot stores all of my invoices synced over from Quickbooks. But from what I can tell there is no way to work with that data. You can only view it. HubSpot says:   "When the QuickBooks Online integration is installed, you can create workflows using the new invoice deal properties listed below."   But that's not really true. After speaking with support, there's no way to work with that data in a workflow. I need to access the invoice number in a workflow and copy it to a contact property. ...read more

Why is it that you can delete a contact with a workflow but no deals or tickets?  if you have hundreds of deals of lost leads or uninterested customers there should be the opportunity to delete them all. ...read more

I'd like to see an alert/notification of some sort to raise attention to social media posts that are scheduled but fail to publish for whatever reason.    Perhaps it could be the choice of an email al, in-app notification or something else? Whatever the options are, there should be something that actively raises attention to a user, or select group of users, that a post was not published due to an error. ...read more

I am raising this idea post on behalf of a customer who was working within workflows and needs better functionality of crossing data sources.   We were specifically working to remove a contact from a sequence based on their Pipeline stage - and found this automation particularly difficult as it is not possible to pull associated contacts into a sequence from a deal-based workflow. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have multiple data-sets available within a workflow in order to best access the contacts who have an associated deal in the correct deal stage. We reviewed utilizing if/then branches within a contact-based workflow, but there is a certain counter-intuitiveness to not being able to access this info from the deal side, and only being able to pull from the contact end.  Being able to create a workflow that accesses multiple data points would rectify this issue among many others, but I felt this was specifically a great exmaple of this feature request, and am posting here accordingly.  ...read more
