I would love to be able to notify my Sales team whenever someone satisfies a workflow goal. As it stands now, we have to create an active list that captures anyone who satisfies a workflow (A) goal (and thus exits workflow A) and then have a secondary workflow (B) that notifies sales any time someone joins the active list (by exiting workflow A).    Could a functionality be created where Sales is notified when someone meets a workflow goal?  ...read more

We would like a way to check if a specific contact has received the same email more than once, especially more than once in close succession. For example: if I created two workflows that sent similar emails to contacts at similar times and, for whatever reason, someone wound up being enrolled in both workflows, I would like to be able to identify which of my contacts got the same email twice, once each from each workflow, so that I could address that with an apology email. Or, better yet, have some kind of failsafe in a workflow that would prevent that from happening in the first place. Hi team I worked with a customer recently who wanted to have their workflow actions be scheduled to occur once every 2 months.  The current scheduling actions has the following options: Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually. When setting up workflows and sending emails to thousands of contacts, the "Internal Email Notification" feature sends an email notification for every contact enrolled in a workflow.    For example, on a recent campaign we had over 3,000 contacts included in this workflow. We had an action "Send internal email notification" added to the workflow to confirm to our team that the emails had been delivered. This resulted in thousands of emails which was super inconvenient to clean up.    Idea: Have a check box for the "Send internal email notification" action that asks if you'd like this notification to for every single contact in the workflow, or the first contact.    Goal: Inform members of the team about workflow progress and status of campaigns. Internal email notifications can include reporting links, etc. to keep everyone informed.    Value: This will help users stay on top of results, which will ensure they continue using HubSpot since they're more aware of the value that HubSpot provides.    This would help marketing teams keep additional stakeholders informed without crowding up their inboxes. Example: My first workflow I ever created, I was trying to create an informative internal email notification like the below. I added a link to the workflow itself so internal recipients had easy access, and visibility through the automated email. When a marketing email is sent to the Contact base (for a company newsletter, or some other broadcast reason), it would be a great option to be able to automatically pause Sequences that are on an email step that would occur on the same day. It would be awesome if we could use workflows to create a repeating task. We have several tasks that need to be repeated weekly. We can use a workflow to create the initial task, but have to rely on everyone's memory to check the "repeat task" box for themselves. Please upvote this idea! Right now Default scoring has lot of limitations: Default scoring has lot of demerits as it can’t we run on set of records it only run on whole database. If you change a lead scoring criteria, it will retroactively update all your records. We can’t set, copy, or clear the value through any automation in the default scoring field. We can’t see the Lead score history - what causes a lead's individual value to change over time. It would be extremely beneficial for us (and others I'd imagine) if this limitations get some solution. ...read more
