We wanted to use Hubspot invoices manually, since there are only little invoices we create per month with very high volume (hence to expensive with STRIPE). Now, as far as we understand dunning is a very dangerous process with lots of communication and fine tune involved. We ask ourselves if it wasn't a good idea to bring this process to Hubspot with sort of an invoice pipeline (likewhise deals or tickets). This could also involve credit notes and automated workflows such as notifications and dunning notice document creation.

I'd like to suggest a new feature for HubSpot that would greatly improve workflow efficiency: the ability to create and save 'Trigger Sets' for reuse in other workflows. While HubSpot already offers a similar functionality for actions in the form of 'Action Sets,' the ability to create and save sets of triggers would be immensely valuable. Currently, I find myself spending a significant amount of time building workflows, especially when it comes to setting up complex trigger conditions like the one below: Example for a complex workflow trigger With the ability to save and reuse Trigger Sets, I could streamline this process and save valuable time, particularly when working with lengthy and detailed trigger criteria. Implementing this feature would not only enhance workflow creation efficiency but also contribute to a more organized and standardized workflow-building process within HubSpot.

Currently, you can only prioritize sending one-off marketing emails if a contact hits your frequency cap. No matter what, if a contact hits your frequency cap an automated workflow email won't be sent. The same option, but for automated emails, would be helpful so those in workflows can be prioritized as needed.

Hereby suggest/ propose a feature that enables users to set access levels for workflows on both an individual and team basis. With this functionality, users would have the ability to create, edit, and delete workflows exclusively for themselves or their team, ensuring focused productivity and accountability. Crucially, teams would be isolated from one another, with no visibility into workflows created by other teams, fostering a secure and confidential environment for collaboration.

I use several workflows with branches. I would like to see the path that leads followed in my workflow. Not for each single lead, but on a more global basis. For example, let's say a workflow has 3 branches, I'd like to see among all leads that enrolled in the workflow, how many went to branch A, B and C. Basically a mapping of my workflow's paths and how many leads went down which path

It is now possible to use the split test automation external app to build out a split cohort test in Hubspot. However, the problem with thi s is that it is very basic. For example, you can only split tests with crtieria - e.g. one group has a job title and one doesn't. This is something that you could just do with branches within the flow. The thing I am struggling mainly with, is that I want to build a cohort test group. Through the split test automation element there is a way to test % but they are only equally split. E.g. there is possibility to do a 50/50 % test or a 25 x 4 % test or a 10% x 10 test, but no ability to do a 70 vs 30% test or a 90 vs 10% test. This is something which seems easily implementable, so would be good to see Hubspot or Split Test automation to add as a function.

While working on an integration between HubSpot and a third party I'm facing a serious limitation of the private app's webhook event subscription tool. Issues No filter Can't be controlled which objects are watched the changes for. Example: I want only the Country = Germany contacts to be watched for changes. No optional properties Can't be added optional properties of the object to the change event data. Example: I want to receive the Country property of the Contact object in the event data, to be able to filter the incoming data on the integration side. Proposed solution No filter Extend the webhook subscription tool with a filter as we have it in the workflows or lists. No optional properties Extend the webhook subscription tool to let the user select some properties of the object, that will be included within every change event. The data could look like this: { eventId: 12345, subscriptionId: 376543, portalId: 3247823, appId: 8907485, occurredAt: 1612817930264, subscriptionType: 'contact.propertyChange', attemptNumber: 0, objectId: 67235764, propertyName: 'email', propertyValue: 'test@gmail.com', changeSource: 'CRM_UI', sourceId: 'userId:3546436', objectProperties: { country: 'Germany', some_custom_property: 2356747 } } Disclaimer: - it is not a viable option to get the data using the API, because we should be able to handle millions of data changes daily. - using workflows to filter the objects and trigger a webhook containing just the right data is not an option either, because without an API call can't be verified what property/properties were changed.
