Workflow seems to have internal SMS but there is no option for SMS to contacts. Thinking as a reminder of appointments it would be a great feature. I understand there are legal issues around use of SMS but be great if could figure a way to use it and manage that it is used within legal guidelines. thanks Jemma

It would be great if we could have a custom field type that was for "time." This property would let me select the time for an appointment as well as the time zone. It would help when trying to create workflows to trigger based off appointment times, not just the dates. For example, 2 hours after the scheduled appointment, tell sales to do ____, remind marketing to ____. Just having the day of the appointment is too broad.

IF statements is a nice addition, but it is useless if the 2 branches created cannot be reconnected to continue a workflow. I've created a custom source field for Contacts and mirrored it in Deals. The reason for this is because the Hubspot default options were too limiting and could not be edited. Now I want to map the fields so when a new deal is created from a Contact the source information is updated within the Deal. My ultimate goal is to map deals to sources. Is this possible? If not, is there another way to approach this that will give me the same result?

Include an option in workflows to delete a contact. So if they meet the criteria to be entered into the workflow, it would then delete them from our database entirely. "Activity type" workflow condition is fairly new and it doesn't allow for re-enrollment trigger. There are many instances whereby users want to track sales emails being sent to contacts and to reenroll contacts into the workflow to create tasks for follow-up, etc. It will really help if "Activity type" allows for reenrollment to pull in contacts into the same workflow multiple times.

Add the ability to remove a contact from a workflow if contact responds to an email. 1. Important when a contact response might warrant a different email subject or removal entirely. 2. It is much like sequences with the added ability to measure response, click through and open rate. Example: I want to enroll the user in a workflow to get feedback on the product. Plan to send 3 emails asking for feedback 2 days between each. Email 1 - "Hey we want to get some feedback on x" Contact Response - "I'm not the right person to ask" Unless I personally un-enroll the user, they will get the second and third email. This feature would also help with sales as you could use the workflows to enroll users in sales workflows and get reporting on the messages.

It would be great to export the data that you see in the history tab of the workflows, including dates of contact enrollment, meets the goal, finishes the workflow, who has errors, etc.

Workflows with the action "Create a task" should also have the option for the task to be assigned to a specific task queue.

We have a pretty big sales team and we require them to respond to leads quickly to them being received. If a lead sits without a response for more than 15 minutes we are not doing our work the way we would like. We use a handful of workflows to distribute leads evenly through an auto-rotation. Right now if someone goes on vacation I have to edit each workflow to remove them that day and then put them back in when they return. The issue is that this then disrupts the workflow and it assigns back to back leads to the same person or generally doesn't work correctly. If I had some other way to mark a particular user someone as not taking leads that day so that it would skip them or mean I didn't have to edit each workflow automatically this would greatly help both my time spent and the issues my removing them and putting them back in creates.
