Could you update the options under 'Manual Lead Scoring > Email >' to incude 'any email' and 'email belonging to a certain campaign | certain type of email.'     This would allow us to incrementally score people engaging with a regular series of emails (such as our weekly newsletter) without having to manually add a new positive scoring attribute every week when we send out a new newsletter.   ...read more

If you think about how to design your sales pipeline, in a lot of best practice examples the pipeline starts with the stage "Meeting scheduled". I really like this idea. But when I setup the automation "Create a deals as soon as there is an appointment scheduled for a contact", the upcoming deal is not shown in the deal and there is no way to automatically associate the upcoming meeting with the deal. ...read more

The new A/B Email Testing is great. But what for our company would be an even bigger need is the ability to do the same in workflows. Either create 2 different versions of a workflow (the same way as the email a/b test feature works) or have a action Item in the workflow which splits the currently enrolled people with a predetermed probability. Another idea would be to create an active list based on another list that only shows X number of results.   We're running a workflow that we only want to enroll 100 contacts per day. I've been doing this manually but it would be so much easier if I could set that limit within the workflow or through a list that could be used as a trigger. ...read more

Hey,   Would be a huge help for us to be able to create tickets in our Support pipeline automatically directly from Slack. The main idea would be: a person clicks on a shortcut in Slack, a form pops up for them, they fill it out, then a HubSpot ticket is being created automatically in the right pipeline and all the added information gets mapped into the ticket. We're using a similar solution for Asana tasks: a person needs to fill out a Slack form, then an Asana task is automatically created via Zapier in the right project board.   I know there's an option with Message Shortcuts, but automating it would be even better. Also we have different ticket pipelines in HubSpot, and need different properties to be filled out for each of them, and it's not possible (yet) to add pipeline logic to the shortcut form.   This is the function where I really miss a 'Create HubSpot Object' option 🥺   Are you planning to add such a solution? Hi! I faced interesting problem this week: I would like to have email notification everytime when the deal stage is changed to "Closed Won" or "Closed Lost". The problem is that email should contain the name of the deal, associated company, contact details and the amount of the deal.    The best solution would be to create task for the deal automaticly and assign that for me. So I suggest that Hubspot add a feature to create workflows for deals too.  ...read more

As a marketing automation administrator, I want to be able to configure the order/ rank of certain wofklows and set them to highest, so that they can handle internal data housekeeping and enable me to run automated emails faster, at scale. Here is the challenge. We receive contacts into Hubspot CRM from our product-app. These come with different 'user types' and as such not all are eligible to be "marketing contacts".  We have set a workflow to change the needed ones into marketing contact (lets call this workflow A) Meanwhile, we have a number of workflows that send automated emails to our user/contacts (lets call these workflow B. C, etc.). However, workflow A runs after workflow B, and as a result the emails never get sent to the users/contacts. This is because HS sees them (the contacts) still as non-marketing (because of delay).  it would be helpful to put a priority in certain workflows which are for internal data management.  I am aware that a workaround would be to add a delay in workflow B, however, this doesn't help. in our usecase, any delay more than 10-30seconds means we lose the timelines from the user (ie these automated emails are based on user behavior and emails need to be very timely). ...read more
