Huge pain point is current integration only creates tasks not projects. We need the project created from deals we close in Hubspot, then after that we may have tasks we want to create.    Also as these are new projects we want to create they don't already exist in Asana, but the workflow to create an Asana task wants you to select the project. Even if i manually create the project in Asana (as the above doesn't work to do this) not every deal i close will associate to the same project, quite the opposite they will all associate to different projects. So this integration actually does nothing to help us automate our process of winning a deal and marking as won in Hubspot then using that as the trigger to create that as a new project in Asana with all the products from the quote included as individual tasks.  ...read more

Hi,   Since there is some time between placing a deal in a certain pipeline stage and the actual enrolment of the deal in a workflow, there is a chance that the deal is move further before the deal actually enrolled in the workflow. Due to this there is a risk that some of our deals do not contain critical information, that is later needed in other worklflows.  Is there an option to "lock"  the movement of a deal in the pipeline until certain information is known, or untill enrollement of the workflow linked to that stage has been completed?    Thanks!   Mike ...read more

Much of our automation is based off the deal. It would be helpful to be able to pull in deals - when working in lists or in the trigger option for workflows - that have already been involved in another workflow.    I only see this option for contacts and companies as of now for both lists and workflows.  ...read more

The current filtering across objects in workflows is ok for simple tasks, but often we need to select th correct associated record with some simple filters such as numeric or string comparisons.    For example, if a company workflow uses additional data from a contact, and their are 100 contacts, we need to select for example the individual with the highest lead score.   This is a simplistic example, we do a lot of more complex association data work across custom objects, but currently we still have to rely on custom code in the workflows.   Unfortunately, most revops folks are not developers, so it becomes a step in the workflow that they can't change, instead it becomes an engineering request, which adds days to small workflow changes.   If you add more granular filtering options it would save us time and money while helping accelerate  growth. ...read more

I'm a sales exec that dabbles in the suspect - prospect processes. I'm revamping a workflow focussing on suspect - prospect nurturing however the SMS' and marketing emails are delayed in their creation.   I think what would be really helpful in a situation like this is having a 'text entry w. no action' placeholder kind of option so you can build the workflow while waiting on content creation. ...read more

When a contact is not enrolled in a workflow you are able to see the history log of this action. However, the message is not always clear or correct for that matter as to the reason for a contact to not be enrolled.  For instance, IF the trigger criteria were not met, there isn't a clear way to know what part of the criteria without lengthy troubleshooting, especially with more complex enrollment settings. Even more misleading is the message that appears stating that suppression settings were the cause. https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1uro69D    However, this suppression message appears even when there are not suppression settings being used. THIS makes it challenging to understand what happened with the contact and how to correct it or prevent future issues with enrollment for other contacts.  ...read more

Could you update the options under 'Manual Lead Scoring > Email >' to incude 'any email' and 'email belonging to a certain campaign | certain type of email.'     This would allow us to incrementally score people engaging with a regular series of emails (such as our weekly newsletter) without having to manually add a new positive scoring attribute every week when we send out a new newsletter.   ...read more
