I apologize if this is a duplicate as it would seem to be a pretty common use case.   Our industry is 9-5 Mon - Friday, very few people work on the weekends.   We would like to follow up with customers at 3 business days of non-response on tickets that are "Waiting on Contact". Currently, if a ticket is moved to "Waiting on Contact" on a Friday at 3 pm, and the ticket is delayed for 72 hours, then Monday at 3 pm the contact will get a follow-up email. Where really I would want the email to be sent on Wednesday at 3 pm.   To truly fix the problem, I could create a delay that does not count certain times. In my case it would only count Mon - Fri. But other companies might have different delays that they need?   Alternatively, a checkbox on the settings page could work. Hi, we have developed a workflow for our sales department, where the goal is that customers book an appointment for a showcase with us. Now it would be ideal if the workflow continues automatically after this appointment. With the ability to use Operations Hub to format data, it would be helpful to be able to capitalize first or last names that are hyphenated or have multiple names. I have a test workflow for example that puts all names as lower case and then capitalizes them. However, this capitalization function will format my correct data incorrectly if some of the names are already correct, so Mary-Jane would become Mary-jane. There are many last names with De La _______ or Del ________ or Mary-Jane, Jean-Fred etc. Especially French (or Quebecois) names have lots of hyphenated first and last names. Being able to capitalize the first letter of every name would be the fix needed.  ...read more

Instead of requiring an Hubspot User to remember to navigate to a specific page to look for workflow errors, I would like to be able to make a task associated with the specific contact that generated the  error in the workflow.    There are likely many use cases of this.  Here's one specific use case I would like to see:   On this knowledge base page: Troubleshoot common workflow errors (hubspot.com) on of the common workflow errors is on Set Contact Property   After the action that is trying to set the contact property, I would like to be able to have a If/then path that would branch on "error generated by previous action".  If an error occured then I would create a task associated with that contact and assign it to the appropriate Hubspot User.   Another option would be instead of an if/then branch that the Set Property Action had a "What to do on Error" setting, which could include things like:   Create task,  then continue workflow Create task, then exit workflow Jump to this node in the workflow etc... Currently, there are only a few selected supported libraries for the HubSpot Workflow Custom Code Action.   Using moment.js is very helpful when working with dates and would make using the Custom Code Action much more reliable.   Thanks for considering. ...read more

Whenever I'm checking a Company (for example) and I want to access a specific contact (let's say that it's the most important one), it's dificult to find it if there are more than 5 assigned to that specific company and the one I want was created long time ago.   I would have to click on "view all contacts" or "view all deals" and find it, which is time-consuming and annoying.   It would be nice to be able to Pin the most important Deal or Contact to the top of the list. ...read more
