Posting this idea to the Forum on a user's behalf; currently the expected behavior in workflows is that when an activity property is specified in a workflow action, the workflow will only look for 'at least one associated activity' rather than the most recent one. This causes some hurdles for users when they want to automate the process of reaching out to leads but only have a workflow continue it's course once a particular activity property is changed or marked a certain way. It would be great to have this functionality moving forward so that workflows can identify the most recent associated activity, or the one that the user wants to target. Thanks! ...read more

I apologize if this is a duplicate as it would seem to be a pretty common use case.   Our industry is 9-5 Mon - Friday, very few people work on the weekends.   We would like to follow up with customers at 3 business days of non-response on tickets that are "Waiting on Contact". Currently, if a ticket is moved to "Waiting on Contact" on a Friday at 3 pm, and the ticket is delayed for 72 hours, then Monday at 3 pm the contact will get a follow-up email. Where really I would want the email to be sent on Wednesday at 3 pm.   To truly fix the problem, I could create a delay that does not count certain times. In my case it would only count Mon - Fri. But other companies might have different delays that they need?   Alternatively, a checkbox on the settings page could work. With the ability to use Operations Hub to format data, it would be helpful to be able to capitalize first or last names that are hyphenated or have multiple names. I have a test workflow for example that puts all names as lower case and then capitalizes them. However, this capitalization function will format my correct data incorrectly if some of the names are already correct, so Mary-Jane would become Mary-jane. There are many last names with De La _______ or Del ________ or Mary-Jane, Jean-Fred etc. Especially French (or Quebecois) names have lots of hyphenated first and last names. Being able to capitalize the first letter of every name would be the fix needed.  ...read more

With our business, we use the Custom behaviour events to track how users interact with our app. We have around 10 behaviour events that are live within our app, and each time a user completes a custom event, it will trigger a custom behaviour event.  Example:   The Custom behaviour events work as we need them to, and it's great to have dashboards with how they're tracking, however, the custom behaviour events within the workflows aren't able to be customized enough. You would expect within the workflow to have If/Then - "If a user has used X behaviour event within the last 30-days....." - It looks to be that they may have had this with the old behaviour events, but not right now.    In our businesses, all users who sign up have a Deal created and have Pipelines to show where customers are at, and if they're engaged with our app or not. This should be able to be automated from a workflow, but at the moment, we cannot do what we'd be able to do is we followed let's say URLs.   The idea is that, within this workflow you can see if a user has gone onto a URL within the last 30-days you would be able to automate something, we expect this functionality within custom events which I assume other businesses use to.        ...read more
