Please make it easier to manage the tasks system by making it possible to wipe or reassign tasks associated with a contact or deal as an action in contact/deal workflows.   We create a lot of automated tasks for our sales agents in Hubspot. This includes automated reminders to follow up with leads or opportunities that haven't progressed. Often these build up and agents can have a backlog of hundreds or even thousands of tasks.   If the agents are not really diligent about managing and marking their tasks as complete they end up in a situation where the task list is not actually making it clear what is important to work on next. This means that in turn we need to be watching them carefully. It is creating additional work we don't need.    This would be massively ameliorated if it were possible to wipe or reassign tasks associated with a contact or deal as an action in contact/deal workflows.   Two scenarios:   1. We decide to reassign 100 leads from one agent to another.    What happens to the existing tasks for the first agent? They are still sitting there. So now we are asking them to do tasks for a contact they no longer own.  How can we sort this out? We must manually go through all the tasks assigned to that agent and delete the ones associated with the relevant contact.   2. A lead becomes an opportunity - but the agent who owns the contact has not been diligent with their tasks list and still has a bunch of tasks in the system reminding them to qualify the lead   What happens? The tasks sit there incomplete and have to be manually reviewed or deleted.      In both cases - if it were possible to either delete or reassign tasks associated with a specific contact as an action in a workflow, the task list would be much more under control.   To make this foolproof, I would also suggest an option to only delete/reassign tasks created by workflows, or to do so for every task associated with the contact.    ...read more

I have coworkers that would like physical print out copies for deals.  It makes it easier for them to do their job and keep records.   Right now, there is not an easy way to just click print and print out a list of the deal properties.    Going to dashboards, creating a custom report that includes every deal property, filtering for the specific deal, exporting an excel file, haveing to reformat the excel file to be print friendly.... is not a user friendly way to obtain a printed copy of the deal properties.   Please make HubSpot more print friendly.   ...read more

We find it extremely limiting that contacts cannot be associated with custom objects via automation methods. Common use case for this would be making a custom object for "Events" and when a person registers via a HS Form, they should in turn be automatically associated with that custom object.   Currently this is only possible with the implementation of associ8 as a third party plugin, native functionality would be great. ...read more

When we have an employee leave or change positions, we're constantly chasing our tail to try and remember which workflows we had them identified as an "assigned user" in (contact owner assignee, task assignee, on an assignee rotation, etc.).   It would be extremely helpful to have some sort of filter to be able to show all workflows that [Bill Smith] is an assigned user in so that we could make any necessary changes to all effected workflows.    May be a bit of a pipe dream, but I think it would be extremely helpful!  ...read more

I think it would be beneficial to have the ability to create a workflow based upon user activity.  This would enable sales teams to hold each other accountable to best practices of sales tactics and CRM hygiene.   For example, we had an issue at our company where a user was excessively enrolling people into sequences.  This caused some of our prospective clients to receive cold-emails, which caused confusion on their end and made our company look somewhat unprofessional.  It would have been beneficial for us to have a workflow in place to notify me as the super-user whenever someone on our sales team enrolled more than, say, 300 people into a sequence in a given day. ...read more

It would be more useful if we could set up an alert / workflow for when an exisiting contact mentions us on twitter. That could be a great lead to follow up on, and should go to our sales person who was in contact with that person rather than be treated like other incoming twitter mentions.  ...read more

There is currently an option within workflow settings to have actions execute only on business days, but there's some room for more customization there. It would be really useful to add a weekend-only option, or allow customers to manually select which days of the week they would like actions to execute on.  ...read more

Right now, if you edit a workflow and add a new step between actions and the contacts have already moved to an action, you essentially have to move actions around while hoping not to break any chains to further actions. It would be great if we could just select contacts in an action and move them to a new one. I've been able to do this in other email management programs. With Apple's change in privacy practices nearly a year ago, we're definitely hurting in terms of driving engagement with email. So that means we're becoming as focused as possible on making sure we're delivering to the inbox.    We have many companies with many contacts, and sending marketing emails looks anecdotally like we're hitting spam filters (we're also targeting Fortune 1000 companies).    One idea for counterbalancing these changes is add a daily sending limit feature to workflows. We have sending caps for connected inboxes and for sales emails, but not marketing emails. But if we send 100 contacts an email to the same company within five minutes, we're probably going to get blocked.    Much better: being able to drip emails on in much smaller batches over a longer period of time.   Also, for the sake of sharing/illustrating... this list is basically contacts who've simply opened an email or visited our site (but aren't considered unengaged contacts).
