Hello!   I'm trying to troubleshoot a workflow with custom-coded actions with errors now, but there isn't an easy way to see how many enrolled contacts have the error or filter out the error types.   I think it would be a great thing to be able to export the action logs as a CSV or an XLS file so we can sort and filter the data.   It will also be helpful for a lot of other scenarios too.   Thanks! ...read more

Hi!  As a current marketer - I am always trying to get my compnay to engage with our daily linkedin content. It isn't often that you can open up social adn always find that days post very quickly. We then resorted to sending the linkedin social link to into a slack channel.    It would be awesome if Hubspot would allow a workflow for when a social post get posted through hubspot's social calendar, it could notify that channel therefore increasign your companys engagement on your social.  ...read more

Right now if I want to create a deal from a workflow I can.  But if I want the new deal to trigger the same workflow I can't.   I understand the loop effect but would like it if the parameters are changed or delayed in some way without a conflicting workflow to allow a new deal to be triggered if a field is manually changed.  The thought here would be that one of the criteria fields could not be part of the fields for deal creation in terms of matching the same criteria.  Thus removing the chances for a loop but a continuation once it is triggered by a manual change.   For example:   Criteria- Deal Stage is Closed Won Property "Renewal Date" is more 360 From Today   New Deal is created but "Renewal Date" is empty and Stage is not "Closed Won"   Renewal Date is updated (more than 360 days) and moved to Closed Won manually by a user (not a workflow).   Criteria are met and a new deal is created again. And thus it continues.  This process could be used in several ways for not creating loops but repeat desired results for tasks, deal creation, and renewals. ...read more

Would be great to be able to trigger based on a contact's recent activity (selected timeframe or within last 24 hours) instead of "At least one associated Activity".  This would allow a far more in-depth ability to create tasks, property updates and more based on real-time activity by contacts.  It would also allow use for re-enrolment in workflows that is currently unavailable due to triggering based on older activity that still counts as "At least one associated Activity". ...read more

Hey team! It would be great if customers were able to create a contacts-based workflow with enrollment trigger for Contact Owner is deactivated and then proceed to reassign these contacts to active users.  As there is no property per se to capture that a contact is being assigned to a 'deactivated owner', we can only manually specify for contacts being owned by these users to be reassigned. However the ability to filter for ALL deactivated users would essentially automate this entire process, without the need to go back to add a newly deactivated user to the workflow trigger. 🙂 ...read more
