Right now workflow events for a CRM "property changed" trigger only allow you to input the new value, but I would like to be able to build a workflow for cases where a property goes from a specific value to another specific value.    In this instance I am seeking to trigger a workflow when clients upgrade a package from a certain tier to another, and I don't see that currently available as a buildable option through HubSpot. ...read more

It would be amazing to have task-based workflows!   We have various things generating tasks - especially sequences. Task queues don't solve every problem - and many situations are more nuanced. As a result, tasks have become more cumbersome to manage - costing our team time rather than helping us save time when getting things done.   Would be AMAZING to have task-based workflows that: trigger when things happen to tasks to create actions and automation in other areas of HubSpot take action like making edits to tasks that have been created by users or through other means of automation (workflows + sequences)   This would allow us to assign or reassign tasks, edit other task properties, and even delete/complete tasks, all based on numerous conditions across HubSpot. ...read more

Hi team,   It would be great to be able to automatically add certain Products to Deals within Workflows. For example, if a customer comes in via a certain source and all of the customers from that source are purchasing Product A, all the Deals could then be automatically updated to have that product associated with them.   This would reduce friction for sales teams and allow more seamless Deal creation - the teams wouldn't have to go back and add Products later. Titre:  distribuer des Leads équitablement dans une équipe internationale Capacité souhaitée: workflow de distribution prenant en compte une précédente distribution Objectif: si j'ai des contacts internationnaux qui remplissent un form et j'ai 3 sales dont une qui parle chinois. je veux attribuer à cette sales les contacts qui disent venir de Chine et hong kong et je veux ensuite attribuer le reste des contacts à mes sales mais sans que ma sales qui parle chinois en ait + que les autres. Comment tenir compte du fait qu'elle aura déjà reçu des contacts ? Use Case: J'ai 3 sales : une qui parle chinois, un qui parle français et une 3e qui parle anglais. Mais les 3 sales parlent anglais. Et les leads arrivent de façon aléatoire, le nombre de contact dans chaque langue n'est pas équitable. Because activities can't act as re-enrollment trigger, it would be great to have activity based workflows.     An example of an application would be that every time I log a phone call with outcome = left voice mail, it will send an automated email to the contact.  You could create similar workflows depending on the outcome of a call or meeting.   ...read more

This idea is to allow the use of the Rotate record to owner action within Workflows to any Team that has paid users with their team as their Main OR Extra team.   In Workflows you still only assign ownership using the Rotate record to owner action to Main Teams.   This  limits the flexibility of the platform and this function as Main teams have so many other interactions.   ...read more
