Hi everyone, I'm currently facing a challenge in managing communications with Co-Selling Partners in HubSpot. Our process involves associating these partners with multiple deals and companies. However, the system automatically syncs all conversations across these associations, which clutters the deals/companies with irrelevant information from other interactions. Problem Description: When I add a Co-Selling Partner as a contact to any deal or company, the system automatically syncs every conversation related to that contact across all associated deals/companies. This results in a lot of unnecessary and confusing information being shared where it's not relevant. I tried creating a new property at the contact level hoping to use it to deactivate the syncs via a workflow for contacts with this property enabled. Unfortunately, it seems that deactivating syncs this way isn’t possible. Proposed Solution: I believe a helpful feature would be the ability to manually deactivate the default syncing function for selected contacts. Specifically, it should allow: Adding a contact to multiple deals/companies without syncing their communication to those deals/companies. Maintaining visibility of all associations at the contact level to facilitate reporting, without the automatic sharing of communication. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage communications with Co-Selling Partners effectively, keeping all associated records clean and relevant. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? Alternatively, if anyone from the CRM development team is around, could this feature be considered for future updates? I wanted to provide feedback on the Help Desk function. Though first, I want to say that it's a great addition to the platform! For efficiency purposes, I think it would be great to create a ticket, have the ability to compose the message right then and send it out to the client/customer. Currently, you would have to create a ticket first, then go back into the ticket to compose a message and then send it out to the client/customer.     It would just be great to have the option of composing a message while creating the ticket!    Thank you! ...read more

We wanted to use Hubspot invoices manually, since there are only little invoices we create per month with very high volume (hence to expensive with STRIPE). Now, as far as we understand dunning is a very dangerous process with lots of communication and fine tune involved. We ask ourselves if it wasn't a good idea to bring this process to Hubspot with sort of an invoice pipeline (likewhise deals or tickets). I'd like to suggest a new feature for HubSpot that would greatly improve workflow efficiency: the ability to create and save 'Trigger Sets' for reuse in other workflows.   While HubSpot already offers a similar functionality for actions in the form of 'Action Sets,' the ability to create and save sets of triggers would be immensely valuable.   Currently, I find myself spending a significant amount of time building workflows, especially when it comes to setting up complex trigger conditions like the one below:   Example for a complex workflow trigger   With the ability to save and reuse Trigger Sets, I could streamline this process and save valuable time, particularly when working with lengthy and detailed trigger criteria.   Implementing this feature would not only enhance workflow creation efficiency but also contribute to a more organized and standardized workflow-building process within HubSpot. ...read more

Currently, you can only prioritize sending one-off marketing emails if a contact hits your frequency cap. No matter what, if a contact hits your frequency cap an automated workflow email won't be sent.    The same option, but for automated emails, would be helpful so those in workflows can be prioritized as needed.      ...read more

Hereby suggest/ propose a feature that enables users to set access levels for workflows on both an individual and team basis.   With this functionality, users would have the ability to create, edit, and delete workflows exclusively for themselves or their team, ensuring focused productivity and accountability.   Crucially, teams would be isolated from one another, with no visibility into workflows created by other teams, fostering a secure and confidential environment for collaboration.  ...read more
