Since the launch of new Breeze / Copilot AI we have stumbled upon issues on multiple customer portals. Users without access to worfklow / automation tools are able to create workflows with prompts with Breeze AI chat. I presume this is not intended, since the workflows themselves are often full of gibberish and do not provide any value. The prompt doesn't even have to include a command to create a workflow, when Breeze interprets it as such and creates workflows. I'm very excited to have the beta of creating associations and labeling them  between records. But it feels incomplete without the ability to associate records via workflows. My use case is something I've been trying to implement with workarounds since my company started using huspot.   Use Case: We're a solar panel manfacturer. We sell to distributors, that sell to solar installers, that sell to homeowners. We generate plenty of homeowner leads that we would like to send to our customer installer companies.   I want to set a workflow that will assoicate the lead's contact record to the installer company record under the assciation label I made for this purpose, then send a new lead notification to the campany' designated lead-getting employee associated contact , all based on the location of the lead.   I want to be able to look at the lead contact record and see which of our installer companies we sent it to. Or look at an installer company and see all the leads we've sent to them. Or create a deal that is between the lead and the installer company for every lead we send to the company. There's just no way to manually associate these records as we get thousands of these leads a quarter, this seems like such a blind spot for B2B users. ...read more

Currently when a Lead's associated Contact is enrolled in a sequence and the Contact has an auto-reply setup, the Contact stays in the sequence but the Lead moves to the "Connected" lead stage.   Our process is to review all Leads recently updated as "Connected" and move them back to the "Attempting" stage if they progressed as a result of an auto-reply. The sequence tool is capable of recognizing auto-replies and keeping the Contact in the sequence. Our request is for the Lead object to recognize this as well and prevent the stage from updating to "Connected". ...read more

A new option has been added to add business whatsapp to Hubspot. A nice option. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send an automatic reply when someone sends us a message. Most companies reply something like, "thanks for your message. We will reply to you as soon as possible'. Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

Problem: There is currently no way to view the total count of contacts per "Issue" that occurs in a workflow.   Context: We use workflows to send marketing emails to our contact lists.   On a recent campaign, there were about 1400 contacts enrolled and only about 550 were sent the email.   It is currently not possible to quickly analyze which issue is causing the bulk of contacts to not receive the email.   Request: Can HubSpot please add the total count of contacts per 'Issue' in workflows?   I've attached a photo below showing an example of how it could look.   ...read more

Allow a workflow whereby if a deal is associated with a company (and than cmpany has associated contacts), then the contacts are pulled and automatically assigned to the deal.    This would also work the other way where if a deal had an associated contact, the company assocated to that contact would also be assigned to the deal.    This prevent double data entry and would ensure that all deals hve he appropriote associations.  ...read more

It would be great if we could set up an automation that notifies us if any of our blog posts get over a set number of views.    Currently, we can only track views per contact instead of all views per blog post!  ...read more
