This is a suggestion.   Instead of forcing custom HubSpot Specific UTM parameters to classify leads from Meta (Instagram and Facebook), update Hubspot to recognise the {{placement}} parameter.    I've been experiencing issues with leads coming in from Instagram ads being classified as "Other campaigns" instead of "Paid social" because the parameters assigned to UTM_medium by the Meta UTM Builder is set to {{placement}} which is dynamically added by Meta, and does not contain "paid," "ppc," or “cpc" (which it needs to according to established HubSpot processes).   The Placements parameter gives a few different values depending on where the ad appeared. Possibilities include: Desktop News Feed Instagram Mobile Feed Facebook Marketplace home page or app Facebook Video Feeds Right column on Facebook desktop Instagram Explore Instagram Shop Messenger Inbox I've had to hack the utm_medium and manually setting it to "paid" to get around this issue and avoid manually updating new leads from "Other Campaigns" to "Paid Social".   I created the utm_placement={{placement}} as a workaround to retain the placement information, but it goes nowhere inside Hubspot.  It feels like Hubspot should take the default values of the Meta UTM Builder into account for their next update.   Thanks for reading! ...read more

I think one of the biggest problems with hubspot forms is that, whenever there is a reason to make changes to a form (for example add new fields, edit dependent fields, change GDPR settings etc), you need to do it one by one on all the forms. It would be much easier if you could create different template forms (for example one for newsletter signup, one for lead gen, one for book a meeting etc) and then clone from these templates. Once you need to edit a form, you can just edit the template and have the option to edit all forms that are using the template.  Using the same form is often not an option, because of different CTAs, the form being added as an asset to different campaigns, or different languages for example.  I really hope you will work on this, its a really messy job right now... ...read more

Inside of the Hubspot exist a property that makes a register of the contacts in general that are made on the platform, with an automatic way.This function is provided for the hubspot, for that reason, this function cannot be changed. I need a function that can register all the dates of the calls that are made and connected, because of that I created a flow that has a trigger on the result of the call.   The question is that I don’t know if it works, cause there are more than one call connected for a ticket. Through this, will there be some updates as calls are made? I would like to know if someone passes for the same issue and if exists another way to get this information. ...read more

When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.  ...read more
