Hi First of all - apologies if this is the wrong place to post, but I'm currently really disappointed with this feature. I come from a background of ServiceMax/Salesforce.com and SAP and around 20 years ago, SAP allowed us to create a password protected customer portal that showed work completed, outstanding work, status of spare parts orders, service contract performance, invoicing statuses, etc. As far as I can see it, the customer portal with HubSpot is limited to a list of tickets(?) This needs more features really urgently. I've enclosed a really bad picture that shows what I mean. I honestly feel this is still pretty basic, but there is no way I could say to a customer today "another benefit is that we have this portal" and then share just a list of tickets.
