I use a page builder on all the websites I build and I am able to align content in the columns to  the top, bottom, center.   When I use the drag and drop email designer, the button is placed on the top of the column with the option to horizontally align. Using the padding to center text to a photo or a button to a banner works on desktop, but then there is no way to adjust the padding for mobile devices so it looks off.   I'm requesting a vertical align option so we can have a clean looking email on both mobile and desktop. ...read more

The design manager is not user-friendly at all, is it not WYSIWYG. The quality of what you can create and the ease to use of something like MailChimp or UnBounce kills HubSpot.   I would go so far as to say the design manager is the worst I have used. ...read more

I had previously done an A/B test on a landing page but now I want to do a new one on the same control landing page, however, hubspot only allow one A/B test which doesn't make sense. I was told by support that the only way I could do a new one is to clone the page and start again, however, this DOES not work because I would need to create a new URL, create new FB ads which I don't want to do as I would loose all social proof!   Other funnel software allow you to do as many as you need and for hubspot to cost so much, you would expect the same. ...read more

Because Hubspot is a customer relationship management system, i thought it would be good to have built within it, a better way for staff to review support and customer services documents when talking with customers.   We are looking at setting this up outside of Hubspot in something like Microsoft SharePoint or even something as simple as Slack's version Tettra. The usage of the richt-text-editor is one the most error prone links in the chain of beautiful content production.   Blog editors and content creators break unwillingly the intended design of a page or blog post by using freely the tools of the rich-text-editor (TinyMCE). Mostly they are not able to control the richt-text-content behaviour in source code. We really think that making it easier to change the footer and header of a template or theme would lift the CMS greatly. As most other companies we have created our own look and own theme. We would still love to benefit from the templates and themes in HubSpot Marketplace. Since changing the header and footer of a template or theme we download from Marktplace is very difficult we are not downloading any themes and templates.    Making it easy to change out footer and header of a template or theme that is downloaded form the Marketplace we would buy much more templates and would be much more satisfied with HubSpot CMS. ...read more

Show Median Time on Page in addition to Average Time on Page, this allows users to have an alternate view for page metrics and evens out any unusual and extremely lengthy page views. ...read more

It would be great to have the feature to save smart modules. Sometimes it's hard to do the same smart module again and again (for e-mails or landingpages).    For e-mails there's already the "save the section" option, but it only saves the part of the module which isn't smart.   It would save so much time if there was the option to save the smart modules or to copy and paste them.  ...read more
