Autoplaying videos (when they're muted) are great ways to get a user's interest, but if the video is muted then the user will need to rely on visual cues or switch on the audio. I think that subtitles should have an option to be switched on by default to minimize friction here.   It totally makes sense to add this option as people are relying more and more on subtitled content especially on social media, so we should keep that consistency, and there will be one less click needed by the user to watch the video. ...read more

When posting a reel to the native Instagram or Facebook app, they could have a library of music to be to select and OVERWRITE the audio on our native file or we can MIX the audio and keep our native sound and play a little of the new song in the background adjusted to a lower volume level. Does HubSpot have any ability to incorporate this feature to our scheduled posts/reels? Is it coming in the future or shoudl we just keep planning to do this type of "scheduled post/reels" on the same day of in the native app? ...read more

It appears that being able to use video plays as an event for lead scoring is not possible when the video is hosted on HubSpot (ie. HubSpot videos).  This seems like an obvious feature for HubSpot to provide since they make the case that hosting the videos on HubSpot has lots of advantages.  Plus, watching a product demo or some other video to make a webpage more engaging is exactly the type of activity that would improve a Contacts lead score.   Plus, the feature is offered by video hosting providers like Wistia, Vidyard, and a handful of others.   So, if HubSpot offered the same capability it could be positioned as a cost savings opportunity for yet another platform to be sunset once you are on HubSpot. ...read more

Embedding a Youtube video lets you access the code and add the loop=1 after the source video url - but unfortunately the loop doesn't work like it is supposed to. We want our videos to restart upon completion and loop for as long as someone is on the page. Now YouTube video ends and offers up unrelated videos in a matrix on the page.  ...read more
