The instagram API for uploading videos seems to have increased the maximum bitrate from the 5Mbps in HubSpot to 25Mbps.   Please update HubSpot to also accept a higher bitrate. The limitation is counterproductive. I work in a larger group of companies, we get a lot of videos in a higer bitrate and the recoding necessary is tideous en superfluous. We store the video library in the HubDB table. One of the column types is a video. Linked videos are stored in the file manager. When we loop the rows and we want to show videos, we only get video id. There is no HubL function to get videos' public URLs so there is no way to create custom video players, nor get URLs directly from HubDB.   The only way is to use Vidyard's video player:   {% video_player "embed_player" player_id='8787878787878' %}     Please make it possible to retrieve video URLs with HubL or public url available directly from HubDB, so we can store videos in HubSpot, not on Youtube.🙏 ...read more

Hello,    Right now it doesn't appear that we can embed videos into an email template. Instead, I'm having to use a thumbnail image with a link to the video on YouTube. We have enabled the advanced video features in our portal and think it's a nice add on, especially when having gated video content. However, only small percentage of our videos really need the advanced features and it's burdensome that you need to always manually turn of the advanced features for each video file in the file manager. We are using videos a lot in social media, and for the social media publishers it's annoying to always go in the files tool separately just to turn off the advanced features. Could you consider adding the possibility to reverse the advaned video feature setting, so that files would not be by default advanced but basic videos.  And only if you manually tab the advanced feature toggle on, the advanced features would be on. Or, another idea is that please increase the 250 video file limit. It's ridiculously small. Especially when you don't even have a chance to check it yourself from the portal and managing the files in batch is not possible. Thanks! ...read more

Being able to group videos together as a playlist to play videos in succession and be able to link forward and backwards to videos in the playlist.  This would be great for anyone that needs a video series or long videos broken into parts to link together without needing to pop in a separate video to link to each other.  ...read more

Sorry if this idea has already been suggested.   Seems like a logical feature for the Zoom transcriptions would be to assign (or associate) actual names of the speakers instead of just having S1, S2, S3, etc. So, for example, after the recording, we could associate S1 with Tom, S2 with Mary, S3 with John etc.   When there are a lot of speakers, it's difficult to remember the names of all the speakers when reviewing the recordings. ...read more

I want to host videos on a private gated website hosted on Hubspot.  Unfortunately, this feature is not available and the files must be set to public visibility.   If I insert a video then it means any visitor can just grab the URL and share it.  I also noticed they can simply right-click and save the video locally.    Private should be private.  The whole point of having a private site is to make sure its entire contents are private.  This is a massive flaw and would be enough to make me consider an alternative platform.    Can private files be made a feature for private sites/landing pages? ...read more

Google has recently started indexing videos and we have reviewed the videos we have on our site.   Being able to tag your videos is essential, but adding these to your videos is not quick. As you need to go into each video type in your tags individually and apply them to the list, there is no way to bulk load tags.   If you review your videos loaded on YouTube, you can edit each video and copy all existing tags and then on your new video paste these tags.   Can this capability be added to Hubspot videos? ...read more
