When opening the Sales Workspace for the first time, users are given the option to watch a demo video. It's a great resource, and I wanted to be able to download it or share a link with my team so they could watch it before we fully implement the tool across the organization. However, after reaching out to HubSpot support, I was informed that the video is not shareable, and they redirected me to older YouTube videos instead. This feature would be for the team and the client. There should be an alternative native integration option. Microsoft Teams is new, reliable, and trusted. I feel it is a great alternative option to zoom so users can send video link invites coming from their Microsoft Teams account. I'm shocked to see that HubSpot does not have the ability to see who has watched your video and for how long they have viewed it.    This would be perfect for videos that are required views, such as for training.    It would also be helpful to see how much of a video a contact has viewed, especially for sales and marketing. This can tell us if the video is too long, too short, if contacts are missing info, etc.    HUBSPOT PLEASE CREATE THIS FUNCTION!!! ...read more

When posting a reel to the native Instagram or Facebook app, they could have a library of music to be to select and OVERWRITE the audio on our native file or we can MIX the audio and keep our native sound and play a little of the new song in the background adjusted to a lower volume level. Does HubSpot have any ability to incorporate this feature to our scheduled posts/reels? Is it coming in the future or shoudl we just keep planning to do this type of "scheduled post/reels" on the same day of in the native app? ...read more

My team and i would like the option to hyperlink images in our Social Posts. Visuals seem to get more engagement and if our audience could click on the image and get to a landing page, it would simplify the workflow. I like to lead users to landing pages when I release new videos, so if they could click on my video thumbnail image and be taken to the landing page immediately, that would be awesome! ...read more

At the moment if a video is on HubSpot and embedded on a HubSpot website or landing page, it seems like we are only able to track if an individual contact has played a video, but not measure the percentage of a video they have watched.   It'd be great if we could track the percentage of a video watched by a contact, display that on their contact timeline, and use that property in lists, workflows, lead scoring etc.   We have some instances where knowing how far a contact got through a video would allow us to segment contacts based on certain video engagements better, activate different automation and report on activity much better.   i.e. if we know a lead watched 15% of a long form video (say a webinar), we might treat them quite differently to one that watched 75-100% of it. ...read more

Right now Video Embedding is on HubSpot pages, it would be great if that could be embedded on other pages as well and still track video views in the contact's timeline. Cool feature to know the video performance  ...read more
