Our team heavily relies on custom views in deals to see relevant properties, but only the owner is able to make updates to these views. I'd love to be able to have my team make edits to the views and apply it so the rest of the team can see these updates.

Yes, I am aware that in a subscription based model certain features are gonna be locked away behind higher pricing tiers ... However, I think that this feature is too elemental for admins of even small team sizes to be accessible only via an Enterprise subscription. I'd love to see Hubspot make the lifes of probably tens of thousands of admins just a little bit easier by downgrading the subscription level requirements of this specific function.

Hi, as a super admin I want to allow my users to see and use in Landing pages a bunch of forms that i created for them, but i dont want them to be able to create new forms. the reason is that our scoring is using the specific forms that i have created, and i dont want users to create other forms that are used for the same purpose but then will not be scored. the way the permissions are set right now i can not do that. it would be great if that possibility will be available. thanks

We have so many issues caused by having to manage queues in 10+ different places. When reps go on PTO we have too many places we have to manage that. We desparately need a way to mark the user OOO and have them excluded from all meeting rotation and workflow owner rotation actions. Thanks. This is a very big deal and something I could see us switching over.

Currently, only users with super admin permissions can generate phone numbers for calling. It would be great if this permission was added to the general user level and we had the ability to toggle it on/off.

At the moment, when an admin "Log in as user" they litterally get logged in as the user, and (here's the problematic part) logged out of their own user session. This causes problems because sometime an admin need to be ketp logged in as them self to do some configurations on their side and see what happens on the user's side and at the moment it requires a lot of log in/log out to solve a simple issue. This takes time and end up in losing some unsaved work in the process.

It would be helpful to have an overview of all records and assets with the customer agent as an owner, like the table available for users. Current system requires navigating to each record and tool and check ownership for each type individually. An overview would help with management and insights at-a-glance.

Currently, only Super Admins can modify data in the Leads Summary view in HubSpot. I’d like this permission to be granted at the individual user level, so roles like Sales Managers can manage all leads without requiring full Super Admin access.

It would be important to allow full control of the Forms permissions, as we currently have with all the rest of the marketing tools. At the moment we can only give full or no access to the forms.

I was tasked with auditing the users and teams within HubSpot. This account currently has dozens to hundreds of users. Upon starting this process, I learned many users are no longer employed by our company and I have been deactivating them. My question is, could we sync Slack to HubSpot so that any net new user created in HubSpot automatically syncs to their Slack? If this happens automatically, then if someone is deactivated on Slack, could this be used as some sort of internal HubSpot trigger to assign me the task of deactivating them within HubSpot?
