Allowing users to set their default email thread view to collapsed view within the Activities > Emails section of a record.   Currently, HubSpot displays email threads in an expanded view by default within the Activities > Emails section of contact, company, or deal records. This means you must manually click “Thread email replies” or the “Collapse all” toggle to collapse the full conversation thread for a cleaner view of the record activities.    Would it be possible to allow users to set their own view default to choose whether they wish to have emails populate in a collapsed/expanded view according to what meets their needs? ...その他を表示

As a superadmin, I only want to see certain mailboxes as senders in emails so that I don't accidentally send mails from the wrong sender. ...その他を表示

It would be nice to be able to search permission sets for a specific permission to see if there is already a permission set created or which sets have a certain permission.   ie. If a user needed publishing access for landing pages, it would show which permission sets have this access. ...その他を表示

We propose adding more granular order permission to allow users outside of Super Admins to update order properties. Currently only Super Admins can update/modify custom order properties however users who are not Super Admins can create order properties. This seems counter-intuitive since they can create they should be able to update. ...その他を表示

Hello,   The idea is to introduce an additional authorization that allows an employee to see an object's activities when assigned to an object.   There is currently the following problem: We have some employees who should only see companies, contacts and a costum object assigned to them. Of course, they should also be able to see the complete communication within these objects. Also from other teams. In this case, however, the other teams have the right to see everything.   For example, employee A belongs to company 1 and associated contacts 1a and 1b. An e-mail is written by employee B (not in the same team as A). A should now also see this.   => Logically, the setting would be that employee A is therefore set to ALL in the authorization set for e-mails.   If I do this, employee A actually sees ALL emails when he switches to emails in the overview. Even from contacts to whom he is NOT assigned. Unfortunately, it doesn't work to map the whole thing via a team hierarchy: I would have to put employee A in a team with employee B. However, employee B works for company 2, but company 2 belongs to employee C. A is therefore not actually allowed to see the e-mail for company 2. An idea would be to introduce a permission setting for the Sales Workspace, allowing a local admin role to, for example, move Disqualified or Lost Leads to a different stage, or even delete a lead within the Sales Workspace. Today oly thew super admin can do this!  ...その他を表示

Right now the only way for anyone to review a Sequence is to Save it and share with everyone or selected people. This means the sequence is available at that point and ready to use by anyone. Especially with bigger Sales teams this can quickly become a problem, as reps can simply go in, create, and fire away. Alternatively, some form of Approval would be great (too) ...その他を表示

Hi Everyone!   As some of you might be aware, HubSpot has released a Notetaking app into beta. This is a great feature however, there is one BIG oversight with this feature. It is only available to users with a Sales Hub Pro and Ent licence.   This is a very confusing decision, as users with Service Hub Pro and Ent licences should also have access to this feature like they do with most other Sales Hub features.   This would allow customer success teams to automatically have all their client meetings logged and transcribed, which would further improve the ability to deliver a great service to customers. ...その他を表示
