Think of Google Sheets for a moment.    When you are in a sheet you can see when other team members just in and what cell they are in at any moment. You can see them move through a sheet.   Now imagine that inside Hubspot.   It would be incredibly helpful for teams to see what other sales people are looking at the same live chat, or contact, or unassigned deal.   It eliminates overlap and two sales people messaging a live chat back at the same time. An internal messenger feature, so people connected to the same account can communicate internally within the HubSpot environment. That would make remote work much easier.   Yes, we have MS Teams etc., but if you could stay within HS while working on something and talking to a colleague about it, that would be preferable in stead of switching from HS to Teams.   It should diffenately include approval processes. ... I manage few companies and I do not want to always have to logout/login to another account. I have a specific email address account for each companies, therefore the current possibility to link two accounts for one email address is not the best for me as I need to have the possibility to track emails and to manage both accounts separately. To ensure that our portals follow data protection best practices, we would like to be able to make a user inactive and essentially revoke access after x number of days. So if a user hasn't logged in for 90 days then their access should become inactive and require an admin reset. This would assist us in managing user access and protect our data. I would suggest that the pixels somehow be linked to the original email address(s) they where sent to and need to be filtered hubspot server and our preference settings as to what gets pushed out to our phones or PC apps and if its a bot doing a virus scan opening or just someone that has left my mail at the top of their inbox and it get opened each time they look at email I only want to see 1 notification every hour ...
