Two employees from different teams cannot have the same permissions for the same company. Creating a customized property (e.g. secondary owner) does not give them the same access. Another workaround via including them in the same team (or making them admin) does also not work because they are not allowed to see all companies (of the other team). It would be valuable, if there was the option of giving two users the same permissions for companies/contacts for dedicated companies/contacts. ...その他を表示

Currently when people are building a survey and they don't have access to (create) properties they can't save a survey.  This is quite a annoying.   It would be great if my collegues could built their surveys and somebody else could create the properties.  Even better though would be if you could also create surveys without the need for properties. We wanted to grant viewing/editing access only to specific contacts (UK-based in this case) to a user, but the only thing available is either owning the contacts or being part of a team member who owns them.   It would be really helpful to be able to create a filtered active list and turn it into a condition for a user's permission. ...その他を表示

Currently, when changes are made to meeting links or user permissions (e.g., sales seat adjustments) in HubSpot, these updates can inadvertently alter meeting settings, such as the associated meeting link, without alerting administrators. This creates the potential for miscommunication or unintentional disruptions in the internal workflows within HS. To improve transparency and security, I would like to propose a feature that either prevents the alteration of meeting links without explicit approval or sends a warning/notification to HubSpot administrators when such changes occur. This would include: Notification alerts when any user updates or alters a meeting link. Warnings before meeting link modifications take effect, highlighting the potential impact. Adding this change to the audit log for easier tracking, including the responsible user's details. User Story As a HubSpot administrator, I want to receive notifications when meeting links are modified and have a clear log of who made the change, so I can ensure that all changes are intentional and can be properly tracked to avoid disruptions in communication and scheduling. Potential Benefits Improved security and transparency in meeting scheduling. Better oversight of changes to key account settings. Enhanced control for administrators to prevent unintended workflow disruptions. Admins should be able to restrict users from creating a new Property, There is no such option to restrict, Right now, Since I need to give Edit access to  users to the contact property, this is resulting in my Sales Team creating new Properties ona  random basis, I started off a few years ago with 200 Properties, right now I have about 400 properties under Contacts Object, Many of them being repeated, Eg.
