When deactivating users who own records (Contacts, Deals, Companies) in the system, you are given a summary of those records and options to reassign them. It would be extremely useful if other components of Hubspot were included on this list, such as Workflow actions, Forms, and Automated Emails. A real world usage case would be a manager who has automated Marketing Emails sent from his account, who also receives web form notifications as well as who has deal records and referrals from other business units assigned to him via workflow for reassignment to his team. If that manager is deactivated, there is no way of knowing where that account exists in the system. All of the forms, emails, and workflows have to be individually opened, and their settings or workflow steps reviewed piece by piece, making it extremely easy to miss. Having a summary for users like the "Used In" screen for properties would be a tremendous help in keeping the system up to date when resources change, for example, replacing "Additional Comments" with "User John Smith" below.
