Hi HS Team! I am working to learn about how our team is adopting HubSpot as a CRM and daily tool. A part of this idea is building out a 'lead score' specifically to our internal users. This could report on things like: Last Activity Date Email/calendar/phone connection status Daily activities logged tally (meetings, calls, notes, etc) We would then use this score to identify how well the team is adapting to the new CRM, and shore up areas that need additional resources/training/support. This score could then be reported on in the custom report builder to give me a 'grade' for each team member in HubSpot as well!
