Hello! I work for HubSpot's Customer Support department. I am working with HubSpot user Stephanie, and she has a great idea for a new feature for record customization! Currently, when a default view is updated, it does not automatically update these changes for all individual users. Let's use the "About this company" card as an example. Instead, users must individually navigate to a company record, look at the "About this company" card, and then press Actions > Customize Properties > Reset to system defaults. The feature request is to add a setting that allows changes made to the default view to update the view for all users in the portal, without them having to manually do so themselves. I know this would really help Stephanie in her use case, and I am sure there are many other users who want this feature! (see related community post). Thank you!
