At the moment, all users who have the permissions to edit and publish a page can also delete it:     Similar to workflows, it would be great to have the additional option of deletion permissions:     Without this additional permissions, admins have to always live in fear that landing pages are deleting without them finding out about it.   Not all users who delete a landing page necessarily think about required follow-up actions - like setting up a redirect. And even if they do, they shouldn't necessarily have the permissions to set up redirects indiscriminately.   Landing page deletion permissions would add another level of control in big organizations and help admins avoid catastrophes. ...read more

Currently, we can restrict users from installing an app from the HubSpot marketplace but there is no setting under user permission that allows us to restrict a user from accessing or editing the native integration settings. For example, if we are using the HubSpot - Salesforce native integration (Salesforce Connector) there is no way we can define the users who have access to editing or updating the app settings in HubSpot. We should be able to customize our Navigation Bar items to get to what you want easier. Personally, for example, I often need Lists, Marketing Emails, Contact View, etc. It's annoying to pick from the dropdown all the time for the items that I use daily.  Other softwates have - I think shoud be standard. ...read more

Would be nice for Super Admins to be able to edit and save any existing view, regardless of the owner/creator.  You can only edit the views that are "Created by me".   For example if one Super Admin creates a "default" view for users, and it needs to be modified/updated, no other Super Admin can edit that View.  They have to do a clone and save it as a new View.    Yes, you can clone the original which preserves the sharing, but if that View was bookmarked by any users, that bookmark is now broken.  Same if the URL to the View was provided via email.   The ability to also change the "Manage Sharing" on existing views would be helpful also.   Additionally, the "Created by others" list doesn't show who created the View, so no way to contact the owner to ask them to make a change.   *Also, there is no good corresponding "Label" for the idea category for Views. ...read more

I would like to be able to turn off copilot while editing content. Right now, the copilot bubble appears every time I click in the text, and I find it intrusive and cumbersome. I checked with your support, and there is no way for an individual user to turn this off, only an admin can disable the copilot option for all users, and not individual users. ...read more

At the moment the access controls are quite limited, and entirely on the user side, rather than the content side. The only controls are whether a user can see their contacts, their team's contacts, or all contacts.   Sometimes you want a contact/company/deal to only be visible to certain people (e.g. their owner), and currently there is no way of doing that. You can utilise teams to make it so that all contacts assigned to a person or team are only visible to that person or team, but there is no way for this to be set on a per contact basis.   This feature would make it much easier to control access and improve security and compliance. Currently, lead objects are only visible to users with a paid sales seat. Other departments would benefit from seeing the lead objects and their current stage on contact/company views.   This would improve the general overview for: Marketing: Automated hand-overs from sales to marketing based on lead properties (e.g. disqualified reason) [currently lacking visibility/understanding] Marketing: Evaluating generated leads is hard if you cannot see the object CRM Data Management team: It is hard to build automations around lead objects if you cannot see them. Customer Success team: Interesting to see where a newly acquired customer comes from/if a lead is still open if they e.g. convert via the website touchless  Business Development Team: Hard to create leads if you cannot see if there are any currently associated to the company   Understandable, that working with lead objects is restricted to seats, but read without write permission would be crucial. ...read more
