Currently, for the Owner of a record, only their associated HubSpot Team is held on the record. Whilst this may work for simple use-cases, this does not support our needs. We analyse our data on multiple levels based on the Owner's: Division (we have 3) Team (we have 5 per division) Office Location (we have 7 UK offices) Client Segment (Corporate or SME) In order to be able to analyse this information for each record, we have had to create a complex matrix of Teams within HubSpot which do not actually reflect the team structure we actually have. Each HubSpot Team contains a unique combination of information to enable all these 4 datapoints to be captured, which we can then use workflows to break-out into separate properties that can be analysed. Instead, it would be a HUGE step-forward if we could hold against a user information such as their Division and Office Location, in addition to their Team. Then, similar to the HubSpot Team field, which shows the record Owner's team, we could have additional properties that show the record Owner's Division and Office Location. For our use case, this will then enable us to simplify the way we are using Teams to actually reflect our business, enabling better usage of all HubSpot functionality - at the moment this is causing us major headaches with using Goals as we have 7x the number of teams we have in reality due to the need to segment by office location!!
