Hello,   I work in sales support for a team of four sales representatives, and a significant part of my role involves logging their calls, meetings, and conversations in HubSpot. Currently, I have to manually log in and out of each of their accounts to record these activities, which is time-consuming and inefficient.   It would be incredibly helpful to have a designated Sales Support Seat that allows authorized users to log activities on behalf of sales reps, with proper permissions granted via email or HubSpot notification. Add ability to add object access permissions to a user / role based on a task being assinged to them on the object.   We have team members who execute specific tasks (as needed) based on Hubspot tasks assigned by our sales team members.  These are shard resources.  We want these team member to be able to see these assigned tasks without giving them full access to all records (e.g. they are able to see a task assigned to them on a deal, but not have access to all deals). ... The switch to user seats has impacted our ability to deliver data to stakeholders efficiently. Although these stakeholders only view reports/dashboards that I create and update for them, I have to use up a Core seat for each of them because for some reason, some of the reports are considered "marketing reports" and the permission to access those reports is not available for View-Only seats.    For some of them I have been able to set up automated emails of their dashboards, but for others it works much better for their workflow to self-serve access the dashboards as needed.    Please make available a view-only permission for marketing reports for users with view-only seats.  ... Currently, you can setup Out Of Office availability at each User level. However, it does not "connect" with Meetings scheduler and the functionality "Consider working hours". It leads that when a User has a personal/individual Meeting, it does not take into account that the User is OOO, and clients could still book a meeting even if the User is OOO.  It seems urgent to connect those 2 features, so that the Meeting is able to understand that the User is not available during the OOO period.  ... Currently, we have an individual user historic export available for each user but the activation date (and the unactivation date) for a paying licence is still missing. It will be very useful to have the activation date (and the unactivation date) for a user licence in the all users data export.  It will be useful for estimating the cost and the annual budget for each team defined in our workspace. ... The Super Admin Role should be available as a "Seat" allowing for functionality to set up and edit Sales and Service Hub Seat options.    As a super Admin I don't need to USE sequences, but I do sometimes need to set them up for sales hub seats. Similarly I need to be able to set-up and troubleshoot Service Hub functionality but not necessicarily USE inbod or helpdesk.    The option to "Log In As" is an option, but time consuming and not great for audit logs and users actively working in the system. it would be better if a Super Admin Seat was an option to have full setup functionality and testing ability of other seats.  ... Hey we really need improved permissions in all of hubspot (Badly)! There's no consistency across objects.   Recently I was trying to assign access to playbooks for specific teams and inadvertantly removed access from parent teams that should be able to see everything their child teams can access.    Please fix this, getting hard to administer hubspot with the lack of consistency / patterns / rules of permissioning.    Use your founder's idea of "Frameworks" to make this easier for everyone else.
