Hello, I work in sales support for a team of four sales representatives, and a significant part of my role involves logging their calls, meetings, and conversations in HubSpot. Currently, I have to manually log in and out of each of their accounts to record these activities, which is time-consuming and inefficient. It would be incredibly helpful to have a designated Sales Support Seat that allows authorized users to log activities on behalf of sales reps, with proper permissions granted via email or HubSpot notification. This could function similarly to how Workspace > Sales enables users to view other team members’ deals and activities. Implementing this feature would streamline workflows, save valuable time, and likely benefit other teams with similar support structures.
