A function that gives you the ability to set up customised user permissions/visibility for certain team members, so that some properties can be seen and others cannot.   Eg, a team member would be able to view the name and company name, but they cannot view the individual's email address or phone number. Hi,   I'd like to propose adding another level of CRM Object Access in User & Teams management. Right now, I can control who can View, Edit and Communicate with objects. Preferably, there's also a separate category: Create. Right now, that's tied to Edit. If I turn off Edit, I can't create any objects, but I can't edit them either.   In my use case, I have object data being imported via API. That data is created elsewhere, and Sales Reps working in Hubspot should not be able to add or remove it. They should however be able to edit record properties like the final sales price. When you login to Hubspot, the top right corner shows the account name, not the username.  There is nothing identifying to indicate who is logged in - and this can create an issue when people from the same company are accessing Hubspot from the same computer.   The easiest way to fix this would be to show the name and email of the person logged in somewhere at the top of the screen.  What would be even better, would be to allow users to customize skins for their own viewing experience.  Aside from personalization, this would allow people to easily identify their set-up when logging into the app on a shared computer. ...read more

It would be super helpful to have a team workspace option where teams you've created in husbpot can colloborate by:   1) Creating single or recurring team meetings 2) Setting team meeting agendas 3) Set team tasks that are related to the company (ex. submit invoices to accounting)   It would be even better if there was a team chat feature on the right hand bar that was recorded in the workspace as well & had the ability to do the same functions.    For example: Salesperson tags their manager in the chat and asks a question, the manager responds with some feedback & sets up a one-on-one meeting to discuss it further. The entire record is saved to the business workspace.   Another example: The entire team meets once a month to discuss reports. Hi, Today a person is in 1 main team and then additional teams. I receive an Excel file from SharePoint every month containing a list of company personnel.  Is there a way to automate or import this list, add to HubSpot any new employees that are in the list but not in HubSpot, and remove anyone as a HubSpot user that is not on the list.     Also in the settings page, is there a way to sort the list of users by last name?  For example, it would be nice like in Contacts>Contacts to add a column such as last name in order to sort the users.
