Managing a large team of HubSpot users + employees, it'd be great to see what past roles / accessibilities have been, when they were changed or updated, and which Admin made the changes.   ...その他を表示

Think of Google Sheets for a moment.    When you are in a sheet you can see when other team members just in and what cell they are in at any moment. You can see them move through a sheet.   Now imagine that inside Hubspot.   It would be incredibly helpful for teams to see what other sales people are looking at the same live chat, or contact, or unassigned deal.   It eliminates overlap and two sales people messaging a live chat back at the same time. It will also improve the experience for the customer as there won't be those awkward conversations where they have to explain they just got an email or call etc. ...その他を表示

As an agency working with many security-minded clients, many do not want to give our team "unnecessary" permissions outside the scope of a particular project. Especially for developers, it is awkward to request that "Account Access" needs to be granted just so that our developers can create a table in a portal, especially when read/write/publish permissions already live within the marketing tab.   Consolidating HubDB settings to a single tab, or adding the create/clone/delete toggle to the marketing tab would make permission management much easier.   ...その他を表示

Giving a Super-Admin so my Sales leader can edit goals is kind of problematic, it would be better being able to choose that permission on the Sales tab in Users and Teams. ...その他を表示

It would really help us if we had to possibility to give some people or roles the permission to edit certain/selected property settings. Our Hubspot account is connected to a CRM systems. To prevent the connection of failing due to property changes we blocked the permission to edit property settings. The consequence is that our team is not able to edit the lead scoring variables.    Please add the permission ability to assign people, teams or roles to edit specific of selected property settings.  ...その他を表示

If I want to add a user to HubSpot for the service side but only give her access to communicate with me and not another team member I have on the team or give that user visibility to see that she is a user, can that possbile? ...その他を表示

An internal messenger feature, so people connected to the same account can communicate internally within the HubSpot environment. That would make remote work much easier.   Yes, we have MS Teams etc., but if you could stay within HS while working on something and talking to a colleague about it, that would be preferable in stead of switching from HS to Teams.   It should diffenately include approval processes. ...その他を表示

I manage few companies and I do not want to always have to logout/login to another account. I have a specific email address account for each companies, therefore the current possibility to link two accounts for one email address is not the best for me as I need to have the possibility to track emails and to manage both accounts separately. Therefore, it would be great if Hubspot get the option to switch to two accounts that we have logged in with two different email address ...その他を表示
